Nuestra estancia fue del 5 de septiembre. al 10 de septiembre 2023 – 5 adultos. 3 habitaciones dobles. Lo positivo: El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, a poca distancia de la estación de tren y del centro. Parada de transporte público, autobús y tranvía, a unos cientos de metros. Personal muy amable. Creo que todos los empleados son extranjeros. Lo negativo: A nuestra llegada nos asignaron habitaciones en la 1ª, 2ª y 3ª planta. El ascensor no funcionaba y ya llevaba unos días sin funcionar antes de nuestra llegada. ¡Durante toda la estancia, el ascensor NO funcionó! Todos los clientes tuvieron que subir y bajar las maletas por las escaleras. Los ancianos tenían problemas para subir y bajar las escaleras todos los días. A mi suegra, de 77 años, le asignaron una habitación en el primera planta, donde la cama estaba ubicada en un altillo. No podía subir, ni bajar, la escalera. Totalmente inútil para personas mayores. Tuvimos que intercambiar nuestra habitación con ella, por lo que consiguió una habitación normal en la segunda planta. Debajo del techo, donde estaba situada la cama de matrimonio, hacía un calor insoportable todas las noches y teníamos que tener un ventilador encendido constantemente, aunque hacía ruido cuando teníamos que dormir. La limpieza de las habitaciones era muy deficiente. Muchas telarañas bajo el techo y alfombras muy asquerosas y sucias en todas las habitaciones y en los pasillos. Las alfombras deberían haber sido reemplazadas hace muchos años. Varias lámparas y enchufes no funcionaban. Nuestra televisión no funcionó durante toda la estancia. Nos quejamos varias veces, pero no pasó nada. A cambio, el personal trajo un plato con varios chocolates, frutas y cacahuetes como compensación por el televisor roto. Por alguna razón, las bañeras se elevaron a una altura de 65 centímetros. Casi imposible entrar y salir, especialmente para personas mayores o de baja estatura. Una bañera normal tiene una altura de aprox. 45cm. El desayuno estaba bien, todo lo que necesitas. Pero durante toda la estancia nos sirvieron mantequilla cuya fecha de caducidad finalizó hace 1 mes, el 08/09/2023. El personal tuvo la amabilidad de ayudarnos a pedir un taxi para ir al aeropuerto. Nos dijeron un precio de 55 euros. Al final nos cobraron 65 euros cuando llegamos al aeropuerto en taxi.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten gesehen und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Mobiliar ist heruntergekommen, der fleckige rote Teppichboden gibt Zeugnis von Generation von Besuchern. Wegen Insulin brauchten wir einen Kühlschrank, sind kurz nach Ankunft in ein anderes Zimmer umgezogen: 30 Euro Wechselgebühr. Ob das sein musste? Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Organisatorische Probleme: zwei Mal nicht gereinigt. Fazit: muss nicht noch einmal sein!

Das Personal ist sehr nett und auch die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Nur das Bad ist sehr beengt und es gibt leider nur eine Wanne und keine Dusche. Für den Preis ist das aber völlig in Ordnung und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Diese Lage im Zentrum erfordert Flexibilität des Gastes zum Parken des PKWs in einer der vielen Tiefgaragen (am Besten nach meiner Erfahrung zwecks Nähe zum Hotel das im Stadthaus). Frühstück ist von der Auswahl hervorragend und durch die Mitarbeiterinnen sehr freundlich. Getränke mitbringen da Funktion Minibar noch nicht funktioniert.

Posizione strategica apl centro ed a poche centinaia di metri da stazione centrale e navetta per aeroporto. Camera un po'datata ma accettabile. Bagno pulito ma senza doccia. Pratico penso che ci tornerò per le prossime occasioni di lavoro

I highly suggest not to go there. We were supposed to stay at Domicil Hotel for two nights. When we first checked in the room was not ready but the receptionist did not know and we had to find it out by ourselves by walking in a dirty room. The receptionist then proceeded to give us another room, which she claimed it was clean but actually was even worse than the previous one: hairs on pillows, dust everywhere, fingerprints on windows, a bin in the bathroom which had not been emptied and multiple stains on the carpet. Two unclean rooms out of two were unacceptable for us, so we did not want to stay any longer; we kindly asked for check out and a refund and that's when the worst part begins. The receptionist said she couldn't take such a decision and asked us to wait for her boss, who was away and could not be back until 6 pm. We gave her our number so he could call as soon as he got back and guess what? He never called. At 9 pm we got back to the hotel asking again to speak to the manager and the same receptionist made up a bunch of excuses about him being away and not being able to call. The receptionist also looked bothered by our presence, she didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience and answered very arrogantly. It's been almost a month and we still haven't got a refund and probably never will, because the hotel keeps dodging our requests. We asked Booking for help and they reported the hotel twice. They also called the structure multiple times, but they never answered. They just answered once weeks ago stating that they will proceed to give us the refund, which was clearly a lie. I've never been treated this badly in my life, surely because of the dirty rooms, but mostly for their dishonesty. They really don't care about helping their clients out.

Regrettably, my recent stay at the hotel fell far below expectations. Despite reaching out privately to the hotel with my concerns, I have received no response, prompting me to share my experience here. The room assigned to me was situated in an isolated and neglected separate building, behind the main hotel. The space was marred by yellowed, stained carpets, scattered tools, and discarded mattresses on the stairs. Yet I still paid full price and was not made aware of any renovations upon booking. Inside the room, the conditions were equally disappointing - dirty carpets, a kitchen area covered in stains, a collapsed camp bed, and an overall state of disrepair that necessitates a thorough cleaning and updates. Security was a concern too, with no lock at all on the back door and recurring issues with the front door lock. As a solo female traveler, being the only occupant in this separate, disused building was unsettling, especially when a staff member left their private contact number on my door and unexpectedly visited my room late at night offering to share a bottle of wine. The same staff member, who was the only person at the front desk, had previously tried to text me by taking my mobile number from the hotel system, before realising it actually belonged to a colleague who had booked the room for me. He then asked for my number to which I politely mentioned I was in a relationship. But despite all this he still then left his number under my door whilst I was out and then came to my room at around 10pm to offer the wine, whilst I was in bed. While I'm reluctant to create any trouble, I believe it's crucial for the staff to understand that these circumstances are far from professional and can be deeply unsettling for solo travelers. It's essential to address these concerns to ensure a safer and more welcoming environment for all guests. My colleague who booked the hotel has sent TWO emails in regards to this situation and I was hoping we would have had a response by now, but these have been ignored, so I have been left with no choice, as I would hate for this to happen to another woman.

Okie, the good stuff first. And the reason why I still gave a star to this. The hotel is just a minute from the station and is just 5 minutes away from the bustling city. So it’s really convenient to get food, to get your grocery etc and literally convenient to get to anywhere from the Hotel. We were lucky to have the inside facing room so the traffic outside wasn’t that bad. But we had the restaurant down below us. Lucky for us, by around 10pm the customers all left. The staff working here were all super nice, warm and friendly. They have empathy and is always more than happy to help you. And honestly, I feel that the staff are not to blame but just how this Hotel Owner or Management is. So here comes to reason where all the other star of this review gets dimmed. This place is messed up and they messed up big time. I’m wouldn’t really call this place a Hotel. If you are reading this before you book, perhaps you should reconsider. I’m not writing this in a fit of anger. I am writing this 2 days after my horrific incident. I am writing this after I leave. We arrived early. Of course, like any other Hotels, the room is not ready. It’s fine, really. I don’t want them to rush and the cleanliness of the room is compromised. We went out and came back to this lobby with some packed lunched while waiting at the lobby.(See photo of the lobby). Right until this point, all is good. Then! When I wanted to throw my trash, the bin at the lobby was already full and had flies. So ya, immediately I was alert about the cleanliness of the place. Then shortly after, the room was ready! The lady at the reception wasn’t familiar with the system (seems new) or system changed. But she was nice and also kind to help bring our luggage up the stairs. When we reach the room, to my horror, it almost felt like I was living in a ship? It was cramp, small and the furniture was everywhere. The plugs weren’t working and we had limited points to charge our phones. The tv is not working. The fridge wasn’t on and we had to share the socket among the already insufficient sockets to on the fridge. We wanted to forfeit this booking and book another but we thought since we’ll be out and just sleeping here, let’s just bare with it for 3 nights. So all went well. Housekeeping came to replace the towels, made the beds etc. Then.. 2nd night was what really got me appalled. We met some friends and came back around 10:30pm. To our horror, the keys didn’t work. So of course, you go the the reception but.. Nobody was at the reception when we needed help. The main door to the lobby was locked and someone had to opened it for us from the inside. But he told us that he don’t work here! And we should have a physical key (Which we dont) to unlock the main door. So anyway, we tried contacting number there on the reception but it was useless. Nobody is answering the phone. Desperate moment, we went into the counter, looked for any possible keys that we could use. Tried by goi

Ich war zum ersten mal seit über 15 Jahren in dem Hotel. Viel verändert hat sich nicht seitdem. Positiv ist dies hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit, des freundlichen Personals im Service und des guten Frühstücksbüffet, sowie hinsichtlich des großen Kleiderschranks im Zimmer. Das Bad war jedoch sehr renovierungsbedürftig, ebenso wäre beim Teppich in meinem Zimmer ein Austausch angebracht gewesen. Ein parallel anreisender Gast und ich mussten am Abend jeweils mit Taschenlampe die Zimmernr. suchen, da es leider keine Beleuchtung im direkten Eingangsbereich zu den Zimmern gibt.
