Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück und tollem Pool

Ich war schon öfter in diesem Hotel und war normalerweise zufrieden. Dieses Mal war das Zimmer jedoch zu heiß, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig und hat die ganze Nacht voll geheizt, obwohl die Temperatur auf 17° eingestellt war. Ersatszimmer war schmutzig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war enttäuschend. reise unterbrochen.

Upon arrival, we found no bell attendant on duty in the hotel’s entrance that our driver had to unload our luggage from the vehicle.When we got to our room, we were disgustingly stunned by the poor housekeeping standard.We also had to request every time for a hair conditioner as it was not available in the bathroom. The shower hand mixer was constantly being detached and falling out to the floor. In a few days we were out with electricity which took two hours to be fixed. At that same night, all the lights were turned on that we could not turn them off and unluckily no maintenance was on-duty at night to fix the lights. We had a long argument with the manager to explain that we would not be able to sleep in such condition but they just kept on explaining to us that no maintenance can fix it. We requested to be transferred to another room but we were told that they were fully booked. Then we requested early check-out and a refund which then they offered to us Room 176, however the bathroom there is not clean and seems being used by somebody else. Having no option from them, we were forced to accept this and patiently waited for the situation to be resolved until the next day. We booked and paid for the biggest suite in the hotel but we would only have to sleep in a very unsanitary and skimpy room, very frustrating indeed. We hoped to get our frustrations resolved by the African manager on-duty but he was so rude and disrespectful to us.

Zweigeteilte Erfahrung: Zum einen war das Lobby Personal sehr freundlich und zeigt ein gutes Service. Zum anderen waren die männlichen Kellner in der Lobby bar sehr unfreundlich und machten anscheinend unterschiede zwischen den hotel Gästen und wen sie freundlich behandelten und wen nicht. In der Tag Nacht haben wir wenig Ruhe gefunden da zwischen 00.00 und 01.00 Uhr massiver Krach durch Tische rücken im Hotel verbreitet wurde.

Sehr großes Hotel und sehr netter Service an der Rezeption. Direkte Umsetzung von Wünschen die man hat. Jedoch für die Größe an Hotel ist der Wellness Bereich etwas klein. Die Menge an Gästen, war zu viel für den Raum.

Das Hotel ist tatsächlich "Grand", alles ist sehr einladend und groß. Der Pool ist leider zu klein geraten, sobald hier sechs Personen schwimmen kommt man sich in den Weg, der Ausblick ist jedoch phänomenal. Das Personal, vor allem an der Rezeption, ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Größtes Manko: die Zimmer waren viel zu warm.
