貝爾蒙經典酒店(Hotel Belmont Classic)

Istanbul, nice city I like it 

照片與房間不符！到目前為止我住過的最差、最髒的酒店！飯店沒有退還我們錢，儘管工作人員看了我們的房間並說這樣不行。浴室裡的味道很難聞，淋浴間有頭髮，淋浴間長滿了黴菌，幾乎所有的毛巾都有污漬。窗簾只掛了一半，所有的家具都完全磨損了，很舊，油漆都剝落了。房間很暗。我們的枕頭上有黃色污漬，直到第二天早上我們才看到。正如您在照片中看到的那樣，床上有污漬和毛髮。這絕對是一種恥辱！如果我們不是在晚上到達並且帶著兩個熟睡的孩子，我們就會立即離開。晚上飯店走廊裡人很多，有一種紅燈米勒的感覺。如果衛生部門/食品安全部門打電話，飯店肯定會關閉。我強烈建議不要在那裡預訂房間！

位置很好，很中心，但有點吵。門前有停車位（15 歐元）。房間很大（雙人房），可惜浴室相對太小了。房間裡有奈斯派索咖啡機（很棒，因為早餐很貴。但是你可以在拐角處的麵包店吃到美味的早餐）。非常友好的工作人員！浴室太小了。而且房間裡沒有冰箱，夏天當然很不方便。

物超所值的酒店，裝飾的選擇很有趣，但是有相當多的損壞，在黑色飾面上很容易看到。有點灰塵而且不是最乾淨的。由於門下有縫隙，在房間裡很容易聽到走廊的噪音。

I got the room after one hour from checking in, The room was very noisy as kids plays in the ground area and the Air Conditioner was not working and I asked to change the room , the other room was not clean and also the Conditioner was not working , the hotel did not have a technician to fix the air conditioner problem and they asked me to wait for tomorrow, the reception always empty , no one on the reception disk you have always to ring the bell and wait untill some one cones, the hotel state is not as the photos , It does not deserve the money, also one light source was not working in the room. Terrible experience

Comfy bed, nice bathroom and clean. Lots of marks on the walls and chips on the furniture which was not expected. Check in was quick and luggage storaged was good on departure. The smoking area was right next to the entrance door which wasn't nice to walk through. Noise in the corridor could be heard in the room.

The receptionist was super friendly. The room I initially got smelled of smoke, so bad I asked to change rooms at midnight and the lady at the reception graciously upgraded me. The black theme in some rooms is cool but unfortunately doesn’t offer a relaxed ambiance. They need to improve on cleanliness - I felt uneasy using the surfaces before wiping them myself first.

I would never recommend the hotel. First of all, photos do not match with reality, the hotel is undergoing renovation, but some rooms are still totally old, and some “new” rooms are not well renovated. At the first moment they gave us a old room, and we we enter at the room, we notice that blankets were dirty, the toilet soap leaked at the floor, the foot of the bed more than terrible (look the photo). The second one had hairs in the blanket, the only thing I think is that they didn’t changed the blankets. So at the 3rd room we decide to stay and ignore some details…

Decent hotel, interesting choice of finishes but a lot of damage that can't be seen on marketing photos. Overall good value. Not the cleanest place and was a little dusty. Doors have a gap below and every noise or conversation taking place in the hallway can be heard through the night.
