We had the king suite with the jacuzzi tub and fireplace, it was incredible! Fully renovated and the bed was new and so comfy. The only downside was no elevator, lugging my suitcase up the stairs was a pain! Would stay again.

Great stay. I use to stay here once a week years ago. Still a very nice place. Will be back. Great comfortable beds. Very clean rooms. Great location.

Having never stayed in the area, we were not sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel sits far enough off the busy road to be relatively quiet (We had a road-facing room). The convenience was very helpful - as were the various dining options very nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Needed somewhere for two guys to stay for a couple nights for a "one-day" sitework trip that ended up being three days. Booked here last-minute and I am extremely glad I picked here-- in-room fridge to keep lunch for the next day, hot tub at the end of the day, great restaurant in the same parking lot (not to mention a Home Depot and North 40 in the same lot), ample parking for a truck & trailer, comfortable beds, breakfast & coffee in the morning... this hotel alone makes me want to come back to this area for vacation. Extremely satisfied.

Ive stayed here many times and have never had an issue. The staff is very nice and accommodating and they are most definitely pet friendly.

The property has been remodeled and it feels nice and modern. The rooms are a little tight, but it is fine. Breakfast was great as they have waffles, sandwich, cereals, hard boil eggs and yogurt. Overall, it is a pleasant place to stay.

We stayed at the Hotel Ruby in Ponderay for three weekends in September. The rooms have been clean and comfortable every stay, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Ruben (especially) has been excellent! We will recommend this property highly to anyone we know who is visiting Sandpoint/Ponderay.
