Pros: Room was clean and comfortable; hot shower; top floor has a nice area for seeing the town and includes refrigerator and gas stove, as well as coffee maker and tea kettle. Reasonable fee for host doing our laundry. Hosts are very nice. Convenient walk (2-7 blocks for most needs: pharmacy, groceries, restaurants) Con: Difficult to hunt down the owner to ask a question. It is not accessible To get to the top, requires 4 sets of stairs, not including the uphill sidewalk! Being in decent shape is a must!
