Signature 長灘島南濱酒店(Signature Boracay South Beach)

Bij inchecken niet de kamer gekregen waarvoor geboekt was. We waren met zijn 3-en maar moesten een kamer van 4 boeken. Ooit gehoord van partial servies, nog nooit..Receptie kon niks doen. Kamer onaangenaam en niet gezellig. Bouwvallig. Tv uit de middeleeuwen. Toilet smerig. Alles aangekaart, na lang wachten komen ze , supervriendelijk,maar kan niks aandoen. Gevraagd voor een andere kussen omdat veel te hard was, moest ik bijbetalen. Buiten wordt alleen maar massage aangeboden, nu snap je waarom. 2 dagen stijve nek gehad. Ontbijt, heel weinig keuze en de keuze die je kreeg hadden ze niet. En alles maar bijbetalen. Strandhanddoek beschikbaar voor gasten, vraag je erom hebben ze niet. Komen ze met een handdoek aanzetten wanneer je klaar bent met de strand.free shuttle service hebben ze, brengen en halen. Brengen is ok. Maar halen kon je bericht sturen en dan zou je opgehaald worden. Uren wachten, daar gaat je vakantie. Foto’s kloppen niet, misleiding door studio foto’s te gebruiken. Je krijgt echt niet wat je ziet. We zijn op rondreis van 3 weken, maar Geen Azië meer voor ons! Ons verdiende geld blijft in eigen land! En

I would like to highlight the staff who are working in Signature boracay blue. All of them are excellent when it comes to customer service. They do extra mile too. The smile you can get from them, a warm welcome, you feel like youre at home. They are kind hearted people. I love our room too, its very clean, ocean view. Everytime my partner wants to go back to boracay, he always wanted to stay in Signature boracay blue. Aside from amazing staff, clean room, nice view, it is also not crowded so its more like relaxing place. We definitely gonna come back. For the staff? Highly appreciated their hospitality and good heart. The hotel is lucky to have them for sure. Highly recommended! 👍🌸

Great location, tranquil... far from the advanced, crowded and chaotic Station 2. Nice rooms, they also have restaurant downstairs. Affordable! Great view especially in the late afternoon where you can see the sun shining and hiding into the horizon. Lovely staffs. Well recommended!🌞

If it was half the price it would be just ok. At 2700 peso room 404 is extremely over priced. It is a very basic room with no perks. There is no included breakfast, no elevator and you have to ask the. To clean you room. I would look elsewhere as this place is just looking for money and not providing service

I arrived a day late for my prepaid five nights due to a transport disaster on Tablas Island. I explained to reception what happened to me on Tablas Island causing my arrival a day late. I understand the no refund policy but as the resort on Tablas Island explained to me that if they have a guest who arrives a day or more late due to circumstances out of their control then the resort will give them a refund. No such offer was forthcoming from the Signature company. It highlights the difference between a resort operator who sympathises with their guest and a resort operator whose approach is we have your money and your not getting anything back no matter what you had to deal with to get here. One issue that certainly irritated me was the absence of the new owner (Signature) from advising that Hey Jude South Beach Resort was now called Signature South Beach Resort. I had processed my prepaid booking over three months in advance and the new owner had every opportunity to advise me via Agoda but failed to do so. It was only by chance that I was advised by a resort owner on Tablas Island where I had to stay overnight prior to travelling to Caticlan that there was a name change. I had already sent a communication via the Hey Jude website only to be advised on arrival by reception staff that this website was redundant. The staff are friendly and helpful with taking care of my laundry and booking my transport to the port. My Superior room on the 4th floor was one room back from the shared balcony. My last visit in 2018 I was allocated one of the two rooms with their own access to the balcony. I can only assume the guests staying in these rooms had booked more than three months in advance than what I did. The building is starting to show its age. My room was okay though the bathroom could receive some attention eg regrouting and mirror replacement. Everything worked okay except for the segregated shower ie hot water for a few minutes and then it went cold. The following three days I only had cold water. This is a deal breaker for me. The bed was comfortable enough with clean linens. Plenty of shelf and hanging space. Lighting is very good. Breakfast was more than adequate having had American breakfasts and omelettes. The wifi was inconsistent but to be fair so was my Smart internet. Being a major tourist destination I would have expected a more reliable internet connection.

Formerly Hey! Jude South Beach but now under a new management. We had an awesome experience during our stay . Staff are very helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel somehow needs some upgrade but it is very clean, smells nice, with very good air-conditioning, fresh linen, and decent wifi speed. The view and the ambiance is so perfect for our liking. Breakfast is also good with big serving (loved their Brewed Iced Coffee!). Located in station 3 which is a quiet area far from party noises, but also a bit far from D'Mall, Starbucks (1km away), and Willy's Rock (in Station 1 approx 2+kms from the property). For those who don't like walking, they offer a free shuttle service that can take you to any station, just check the schedule and book at the reception. Take note that the property is at beach front so you'll hear the waves that makes the experience extra special.

If you want a peaceful beachfront room in a less crowded area in Boracay, I highly recommend Hey Jude South Beach! The staff are friendly and hospitable. Breakfast is served in the restaurant located on the ground level of the building. I'd love to stay here again in the future. Value for money! 🌴☀️🌊

Hey Jude South Beach is located in a quiet part of Station 3. Hotel facilities are basic and what you’re really paying for is the beachfront location - place is literally steps away from the beach. Room rates are quite cheap compared to other beachfront hotels. The room and beds are surprisingly big compared. Only soap and towels are provided (beach towels can be requested from the front desk) so it’s better to bring personal toiletries and slippers. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Overall, Hey Jude South Beach offers more than sufficient accommodations particularly if you’re planning to stay out during most your stay in Boracay.
