波爾多克里蒙梭市區快樂文化酒店(Hotel Bordeaux Clemenceau by HappyCulture)

My experience was not great. I had booked this hotel because of the location and they advertised AC in the room. My wife and I arrived at 3 PM on Saturday. Checked in and was given the room key. When we got to the room, it seemed a bit hot and we turned on the AC. We left around 30 minutes later to enjoy our time in this beautiful city. We got back to the hotel about 11 PM to shower and relax. The room was still hot, keep in mind, there is a heat wave happening the week of June 25. I went to ask the night clerk why the room is so hot and I'm told the AC is broken, that's why there is a fan. I was under the impression, the AC was broken for the entire hotel. No apology or explanation why we were not told of the AC problem or given the opportunity to find a different hotel. I emailed Trip.com whom I booked with and was told they would look into it. After a sleepless night, we went down to see the morning clerk and was told it was only our room that had a broken AC, and now they have another room for us. I again contacted Trip.com who said they understood my concerns and would take care of it. I was eventually offered 20 euro in trip coins and a free breakfast to include Coffee and toast. How's that for a slap in the face. I am now in the process of contacting my CC company for at least a partial refund. Lastly, the rooms are old with towel bars loose from the wall and just not a well maintained hotel. There were some bright spots, and some of the staff were nice. But overall I would rate our experience a D+.

Address of the hotel is very nice. It is located in the city centre of Bordeaux. But the hotel is a little bit noisy at night because there are restaurants under the hotel.

我當天就預訂了這家酒店，並沒有讓我失望。 我只住了一晚。我選擇的是單人房套餐，含早餐 = 73.60 歐元（含稅） 我受到了熱烈的歡迎。儘管房間是下午 3 點辦理入住的，但我還是在中午 12 點左右入住，因為其中一間房間已經準備好了。 關於房間沒什麼好說的： - 乾淨舒適的寢具 - 乾淨的浴室 - 提供附茶和咖啡的水壺 - 我們聽不到外面的噪音，但聽到人們在走廊上經過（僅 15 到 30 秒）。 早餐為自助餐，包含您所需的一切。 我推薦這家酒店是因為它的位置也很好： - 靠近碼頭 - 靠近商店 - 電車/巴士步行 5-10 分鐘

Estancia muy cómoda por ubicación del hotel en la ciudad , desayuno muy completo, servicio muy amable y todo muy correcto. Calidad precio muy favorable

La chambre était vétuste et la salle de bain très étroite (N°229). Il était notifié dans l'annonce un lit queen size qui était en fait 2 lits rapprochés avec un fossé au milieu. Le sèche cheveux est en bout de course et manque vraiment de peps. Côté positif, l'ensemble du personnel est accueillant, y compris les femmes de chambres. La convention avec Qpark pour le parking est trés pratique. La situation dans le centre ville est idéale.

Hôtel très bien placé, personnel agréable et lits tres confortables. Mais la chambre pour 3 ainsi que la douche étaient petites. Petit déjeuner bon mais sans un large choix.
