Staff was very polite and helpful. She was so overwhelming at check in because so many people seem to come in at once but she kept it all together and was very professional. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Kids were a little disappointed because the pool had no water in it for them to go swimming. The room was really nice and the bathroom was huge and gorgeous. We will definitely stay there again.

Très décevant pour un hôtel de la marque Best Western. Il s’agit d’un motel et non d’un hôtel ! Literie bas de gamme, la qualité du ménage est à revoir ! Piscine fermée et nous ne sommes pas prévenus avant notre arrivée, alors que j’ai reçu plusieurs mails de leur part avant le début de notre séjour. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour que nos enfants puissent profiter de la piscine = échec ! Petit-déjeuner correct. Laverie disponible au tarif scandaleux de 5$ la machine et 5$ le sèche linge ! Grosse déception !

Das Motel ist für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Für mich gibt es keine k.o. Kriterien! Sauber, leise und die Betten waren in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war o.k. Immerhin gab es Burger Patties!

Il y avait des fourmis dans la chambre. La propreté laissait grandement à désirer. Des poils dans la salle de bain et le comptoir non lavé, etc. À eviter

L’hôtel est vieux malgré les rénovations l’état est peu satisfaisant. Le propreté est douteuse.

We enjoyed our time here. The rooms have been updated, the place was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast had many options as well. Sorry to say we were too busy to use the pool but it looked beautiful.

I booked a room with a shower/tub combo - no tub. In fact, I was told NO rooms had tubs. That was the least of my problems though. The room they gave was filthy. See pictures. No exaggeration here. The 'housekeeping' employees should be fired. The urine was old, hatd, and caked on. Human hair (multiple strands) in what should have been a clean sink. Room (this one was in front) smelled of smoke even though it was 'non-smoking'. I went to front desk to explain why I couldn't stay in the room. Clerk was kind, and gave me another room. I opened the door to that rom to find the bed disheveled, light on, as if someone had just gotten up. I went back to the front desk again. This time the clerk went with me to the 1st room and verifoed the stale urine and what appeared to be throwup on the floor in the entrance the the bathroom. We then went together to the 2nd room and she verified the room had never been cleaned from the previous guest. She opened a 3rd room for me and upon putting the toilet seat down I found stale urine stains again. At least it didn't smell of smoke. I have yet to receive a call from the manager. Right now I don't see an option to upload pictures but I surely have those, and provided those to ******* in real time while I was in chat with their representatives.

I like this property because it was very quiet. I was able to get to the store easily, and I was very comfortable.

I purchased a room with a bath tube they gave me a room with a handicap shower.

I saw some dirt and filth under the bed which looks like it was missed by house keeping. The service was good, the desk clerk was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was yummy! Overall pretty good.

The hotel room was nice, but the water pressure in the shower was very weak. I did notify the desk clerk about this when I checked out. The breakfast was good. Also the outside temperatures were cold with a brisk wind and the room was very chilly and it was difficult to warm it up when I was in the room. The door did not close tight and there were gaps all around the door which let the cold wind all night.

Disappointing! The room's HVAC is very noisy, it kept waking me. I couldn't shut it off because there was a steady stream of cold air coming from under the main door.
