I had a room on the 10th floor. Nice view, great bed and a nice shower. Those were the upsides. Breakfast is a joke. Plates were dirty and the food is absolutely not worth the money. The room wasn’t clean. A lot of dust on the ceiling and in the corners. There’s no brush to clean the toilet after using it. Got some items from two vending machines. Drinks expired 6 months ago(!!!), chocolate bars expired two months ago. Machine wouldn’t return money after entering it. When I made a complaint at the reception, they answered that they had a contract with a company for the machines and couldn’t do anything. I told them I had a contract with them and they were providing the machines as a service to me, so they should reimburse me. They wouldn’t have any of it. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Would most definitely not recommend staying here!

We had to wait 4 hours for pillows receptionist was rude and unhelpful was so much noise and drilling going on the doors banging at 1 am in the morning and through the night , the WIFI was slow so we couldn't send emails and important messages, there was no way of contacting a member of staff so had to go down from the 7 floor and the restaurant didnt open till 6pm

Ryann was exceptional and really went over and above to make sure we had a brilliant time. I will be staying here again 100% keep doing what you do Premier Inn. The hotel is located centrally and for the price you can’t go wrong. The food choices are very good that are a 5 minute walk away The whole team really make you feel special.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable especially the big bed was lush. The shower was lovely. The bathroom was spotless and so was the bedroom. We had a lovely stay all round and so close to the coach and railway station aswel.

Great location for Bournemouth with cheap and plentiful parking opposite York Road). Very comfy clean rooms. I was pleased there was a proper bath with plenty of shower gel and piping hot water. WiFi a little slow and it was not possible to contact staff without going back down and looking for them. Didn't eat but only because we left so early. It all looked really nice.

Room was clean and spacious for 4 family(2 adults and 2 children which are 4 years and 6 years old). Nice location(supermarket is near and you can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes.). Good parking place! Nice breakfast. It's also great value for money since breakfast is free for childrens.
