Bed was alright, shower was good. Room was clean, and had a microwave.

Excellent place to stay in Boston town centre. The staff greeted me professionally and friendly too making me feel very welcome.The room had fantastic views and the shower was fantastic and the tea/ coffee was good quality ie PG tips/Nescafé. Microwave was a real bonus. Only thing you need to do is pay attention to the warn out flooring and a small whole on grey blind. Will always stay there as great staff, fantastic rooms and excellent value for Money.

The Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. However, the room was very tired, floor lifting, drainage in showers and sink near enough non existent, Ceiling lights did not work, No ventilation in room unless opened door. Room was described as having a Balcony… Some metal bars outside the door. Asked for a Fan in room in advance, was told that me is in the room. That was non existent and staff did not know anything about it. Had clean towels placed in room but only 1 and the cups and rubbish were left untouched. Shame as could be a brilliant Hotel

The room was very nice it had a comfy bed hair drier fan kettle tea and coffee a microwave iron and ironing board the shower was ok and nice clean fluffy white towels as I was on my own I felt safe staying there the owner was very nice and friendly I've also stayed at the quayside hotel prefer this one over that

Room above bar in central Boston, Lincolnshire Quick and easy check-in. Room was at very top up 2 flights of steps. The room was quite large with nice new en-suite toilet, sink and eletric shower. The bed was supposed to be a queen but looked like a double but it was very comfortable. The rate was reasonable. Its a pity the advert didn't mention the cheap parking at the old courthouse nearby. There was loud music from the bar at night although it didn't matter to us as we had been to a gig at the nearby gliderdrome. It was very clean.

A fine place, was warned about noise especially at weekend. Was in room beside door, people returned 4 am, but there was no bother mo unreasonable noise. Comfortable.
