A quiet retreat located just past the North End on the water. The staff were all driven, polite, and welcoming and all the facilities were clean, although the room did not have a kitchen or more importantly a refrigerator meaning we could not take leftovers and had to eat out which for our short stay worked out just fine but certainly something to note for longer stays.

When I checked in the room was dirty dust on the counters and chocolate wrappers on the floor. The carpet mad missing patches with nails sticking out of them. The elevator buttons have to be pushed in very hard in order to have a chance at them functioning properly.When I addressed the problem with staff they were able to come and resolve the issues and provide a discount but it does not change the fact that the hotel is in poor condition. The spa connected with the hotel is a fantastic experience and I highly recommend going to the spa.

Loved it. Great location. Very clean and quiet. Room was great. They had a wifi issue when we arrived and the front desk person was rude about options and check -in. Maybe she was stressed about the wifi but I was surprised at her attitude. Otherwise it was all 5 star.

Awesome property! Bakhti at the front desk is a lovely welcome to the property, her beautiful smile is matched by her warm demeanor and professionalism. I was running late to a reservation and she made check in super smooth and efficient while also being incredibly kind & friendly! The front door and valet gentlemen are all so friendly and delightful. They open every door, offer assistance & move fast! Everyone I have interacted with during stays here is an absolute pleasure and so helpful! The rooms are impeccably clean, each has a unique look and is well adorned with luxurious amenities. The location is fantastic, a 5 minute walk to the heart of the north end on Hanover street and a quick ride or reasonable walk to many other locations in the city. The views from the property of Boston harbor is gorgeous and there is a nice walking path along the water to enjoy. Great for solo travelers, business trips & romantic stays. Absolutely recommend for a stay in Boston!

We stay at the Battery Wharf Hotel whenever we go to Boston. Whether we take the train or the bus, it's a nice walk to the hotel from either North Station or South Station. Battery Wharf is a stone's throw from all the wonderful restaurants of Boston's North End as well as a quick walk to TD Garden. If you're going to a Bruins or Celtics game or an event at the Garden, you couldn't ask for a nicer, more convenient hotel. There's a nice restaurant and a bar at the hotel as well as a spa so if you don't want to brave the elements you have everything you need at the hotel.

Room was just okay - seemed worn. When calling front desk for room service no one answered. Bar at night atmosphere was stressed with cook and bartender telling us we were not allowed to eat a cookie we bought because bartender would be in trouble. Breakfast was terrible. Crepes were dry, eggs and fruit plate tasted like onions.
