自由酒店 - 波士頓萬豪豪華精選酒店

考慮到酒店的價格，我對這次住宿並不滿意。我訂的房間在老城區，有很多噪音。第一天晚上，大廳的DJ從晚上10點一直演奏到凌晨2點，沒讓我睡好。飯店老區的房間比較暗，住起來不太舒服。在選擇酒店時，我是根據網站上的照片來引導的，但它們顯示了建築的新部分 - 我覺得我被誤導了。

我們在這家飯店的入住體驗極為糟糕。我們透過 Trip.com 預訂了兩間客房並已全額預付，但入住後飯店卻再次從我們的信用卡中扣除了房費、稅金和其他費用。更令人氣憤的是，我們只停了一輛車，但飯店錯誤地在兩間客房的帳目下都收取了兩次停車費。 自十月以來，我們多次跟進，但現在已經是十二月了，退款問題仍然沒有解決。這家旅館缺乏責任感，反應遲緩，令人無法接受，尤其對於一家所謂的五星級飯店而言。我們原本期待的是更優質的服務和更專業的服務。

It’s a solid 4-star hotel, but it didn’t fully meet 5-star expectations. Some details and overall value could be improved for the price point — at least to reach true 5-star luxury standards. On arrival, there was no door or luggage assistance, and we ended up handling bags ourselves, which is especially disappointing in cold weather. Shortly after check-in, housekeeping attempted to enter our room and asked about checkout, seemingly unaware we had just arrived. Bathroom amenities were limited and often had to be requested, and the bathtub had no toiletries (everything was only in the shower’s wall-mounted dispensers).
