The building and rooms are fantastic, but so are many other less expensive hotels within 5-10 minute walk.
At check-in, the receptionist was neither friendly nor helpful - she was rude.
Despite having silver status at Marriott, she wouldn't look up my rewards number.
We arrived 30 minutes early and asked her basic questions about when the room would be ready - she couldn't be bothered to figure it out so we could either leave for a bit or stay close.
We asked her to call, but she texted - she was terrible.
Also, she didn't give us any guidance on luggage or room access so, we ran into several problems.
All in all, the check-in left a very bad taste in our mouth.
When you pay a premium for a hotel room, you expect to receive premium service. - that was NOT our experience
