酒店位置優越,離醫院走路不用10分鐘,服務也很好,但是,整晚的直升機在空中盤旋,警車和救護車刺耳的聲音,讓人無法睡覺。連續兩天沒睡着,睡眠質量不好的人,不建議。

酒店住宿一週,有很多小插曲,都是極其温馨的,再次對攜程的海外客服人性化服務表示感謝,也對酒店前台工作人員和值班經理點贊!很有温度的一座城市!

The service and facilities were excellent! Although breakfast is not included, the ground-level food court offers a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the hotel's location is conveniently adjacent to the Longwood Medical Area and Metro transportation. It is beneficial for anyone who visit the Longwood area.

Expect to hear ambulance sirens, but that’s to be expected for the convenience of being near the hospitals. This is my third time here when I have to come to Boston for doctor appointments and would recommend it. Other than the outside noise, the hotel room itself is very quiet and comfortable. I have to have a wheelchair accessible room and it’s very well designed and spacious. I will continue to stay here in the future.

This was our first time to visit Boston with our kids. The Inn at Longwood was in the perfect location - there's a T stop within a short walk and a food court connected to the hotel. We loved it and would definitely stay again. *The only thing I would say is that you can hear sirens at various time but that is understandable because it is right near the hospitals. Again, totally recommend!

Freaked out by a rodent in the hallway that ran back into a housekeeping closet next door to my room. Road construction in front of hotel was loud and noisy from 6 pm to 10 pm at night. Hotel compensated my parking for $25 but still charged me a “facility fee” of $29.11.

This was possibly the most disappointing experience I've ever had with a hotel, considering what the stay cost. This place is no nicer than any franchise roadside motel. There was NO hot water this morning in the shower at 9am. The paint is chipped everywhere. The rooms are cramped and dated. The bathroom is almost comically narrow, much like a toilet on Amtrak. They have signs to warn about the step down from the bathtub, which is unnaturally high for no apparent reason. You're right near medical facilities so sirens are frequent, and the walls here are thin. Had this place cost 1/3rd as much I'd have shrugged the whole thing off but given the expense I feel compelled to review this establishment. Horrible use of money, find something nicer!

Parking was a little hectic as when we arrived there was no obvious instruction on where to park and no where to stop. I would recommend giving people instructions in the email confirmation of their stay. The garage was full upon arrival but the parking lot staff arranged to move our car for us later when there was a spot available, which was appreciated. Check in was easy, hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was small but very very clean which is what matters most to us. Great location near fenway :) Overall, a great spot to stay and we would stay again.

Let me start by saying the hotel itself was very clean. Our room was nice, and we have no complaints there. We stayed from 8/4-8/6. My first issue was the customer service (or lack thereof). Our flight into Boston was delayed and I attempted to call the hotel to let them know we'd be checking in late (around 11pm). The phone rang and rang. We arrived around 11pm and waited for at least 20 minutes for the front desk agent to appear. We were exhausted from a day of travel and just wanted to get to bed. When he finally came out to check us in, he was not at all apologetic or friendly. The day we checked out, we asked if we could leave our bags at the front desk until we left for the airport later that evening. This is a very common service offered by hotels and so we didn't think it was a big deal to ask--but the front desk agent that day seemed very put out by the request and was just as unfriendly as her co-worker. My biggest issue with the hotel is that they double charged me for our stay, causing my checking account to be overdrawn. THe charge for the entire stay posted and two separate charges for each night are still pending. I know these will eventually go away, but in the meantime I am incurring overdraft fees and have no access to my money. ******* was absolutely NO help with the issue, which is very upsetting considering I've been a loyal customer for many years. Just be forewarned--make sure you have double the amount you need for your stay in your bank account!

The front desk staff was amazing Alexandra went out of her way to help us out after a booking issue with our room. ******* listed the Premium King room with an occupancy of 3 - but there is no place for a 3rd person to sleep. y son was going to have to sleep on the floor. We got a call right before the desk closed that they had a cancelation and moved us so to a larger room. Alexandra saved the day and we had a great night's sleep.
