I really love staying at Omni Parker House Boston. Location was very good, and services were great enough. For my next visit, I want to come here again. One bad thing was toilet, since it was small and didn't have drainage hole. But overall it was good!!

The room is comfortable and the hotel is well preserved. While the soundproofing between the rooms is impeccable, there can be some improvement between a room's door and the hallway. Moreover, a night at the hotel is comfortable, because the pillows have the perfect softness. Secondly, the hotel is well located. It is close to Old City Hall, Old State House, and the Old South Meeting House. I also appreciated the presence of two pharmacies within walking distance.

We chose the Omni Parker House, due its location & grandeur, as we were celebrating our anniversary. Upon arriving, the staff (Valet & Front Desk) were very prompt & attentive. Our room was perfect, overlooking the city. It was a busy weekend at the hotel, and there seemed to be a staffing issue. We noticed this first, when dining for breakfast…we received coffee & juice, then no service for 20 minutes. We tried to get the attention of several people, only to be told they’d be right with us. We tried again the next morning (making reservations helps). Service was much better…however, the food is NOT worth it. The pancakes were not made to order, rather frozen from a box. The corned beef was from a can, jazzed up with a few veggies. I would stay here again, knowing more what to expect. If you receive any vouchers to be used in the restaurants (they aren’t perks, they are included in the price of the room) I’d suggest making reservations…or ask if you can trade them in for some other service.

Our family stayed in the Freedom Trail Suite for one night. The lobby of the hotel is gorgeous and you can’t help feel like you’ve stepped back in time upon entering. It’s great location and in a really walkable neighborhood. All of the staff we interacted with was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The two negative things we have to say is like many other reviews, the hotel outside of the lobby area could use a little work. It’s definitely dated. Also to note as we wished we’d known this before booking to room we did, the Freedom Trail suite has no functional windows. The windows they have in the room have a film over them so you cant see anything and it gives the room a feeling like you’re staying in someone’s renovated basement space. Online the pictures show a view of the commons but that is definitely not the case. We didn’t think it would have been a huge deal but it gave a weird vibe to the room. We also found other peoples trash in the bunk bed drawers. Overall we did enjoy the stay just for the lobby and the staff. Don’t know if we’d return with the building and rooms as is though!
