Need to make clearer the checking in process as we had no idea we had to do this online before getting there, I feel if the patrons were older they might not be able to check in online and download apps ect, we struggled as my phone was dead from the trip ,,the guy who was in the office made It quite clear that he was leaving at 6 and the manager lady was not contactable…..and wasn’t very forthcoming with a power point so I could quickly plug phone in to get the check in done….he left after removing us from the office….luckily we managed to get into the digital door lock about 10 mins after he left as I was able to get into the app and download code…apart from this a nice hotel.
