Good service. I like this Hotel very much

I highly recommend this property. I chose to stay in this hotel because it’s only a few minutes to train station which made our vacation a success. I was able to visit family members who live 30 minutes away from downtown Boston. The hotel staff were very helpful too and friendly. The staff helped me book a city bus tour. The area is safe. The hotel is clean & my room was very spacious.

The hotel is in an ideal location for downtown Boston. We had an amazing room, that was actually quite large. The bed and even the towels were incredibly comfortable. The first day, the hotel staff were amazing in helping my get my baby and all my luggage up to the room. On the checkout day, the hotel staff wouldn't even bother to help me get a luggage cart, they told me to go find one in the corner, then I waited 25 minutes (this is not an exaggeration!!) to take it up the one and only elevator working because people kept getting off and not saving the door before it closed and went back upstairs or staff would be on it from the basement and I couldn't get the luggage cart to fit with their equipment. The front desk lady just watched me waiting and waiting, while my baby was upstairs with my husband screaming and ready to go. I don't know if I can recommend this place. I really did have a good stay other than the staff and elevator issues. Not sure I'll be back with a baby.

I stayed in a small room, 2 full sized beds. For me the mattress is everything. They were a bit too soft, no microwave, the bathroom door slides from the outside and doesn't close all the way... 2 water bottles @ $6 each. Overall the room was spotless, quiet and staff were professional.

Good location for food and shopping. Staff have really gotten used to apologizing to guests. When my family checked in at 3:30, only one of our rooms was available. The other wasn’t ready until after 5, and they were 4 floors from each other. They can’t refund their incidental hold on your credit card for 10 days, and they had 1 small (maybe 6 person) elevator working for the whole hotel. People were nice, but seemed numb to delivering bad news to guests with no emotion.

Everyone we encountered who worked for Hyatt Centric was helpful and professional. Our room (and the shower) was small but comfortable. The one aspect we feel Hyatt Centric should consider is a sundry shop and/or vending areas because, after 6 p.m., most places to buy things are closed.

The hotel sends you an email basically telling you not to expect much 😂 As long as you go in knowing the room is small, you’ll be fine. The bed was super comfortable. What I wasn’t prepared for was how small the shower was- I mean it’s smaller than the smallest showers I’ve experienced in Europe- and the water pressure was nonexistent.
