This hotel was very convenient since it was in the middle of Boston. We chose to uber most of the time since it’s in a busy area and close to where we had to get to (the common, restaurants, TD Garden) were about 10 minutes away. The negatives were the refrigerator not working, there’s no coffee maker which every hotel should have, ice machine not working… it was a bit dark and I paid for a city view with NO views! We were facing the burial ground so why put it on there if it’s getting renovated?! Most hotels I book, the room looks exactly the same as the picture. Although the staff were really helpful, the hotel just lacks things guests shouldn’t have to worry about during a short get away from home.
