城南菠蘿愉悦酒店(Staypineapple, A Delightful Hotel, South End)

We love everything about this hotel! It’s in a great location, close to reasonable garages for parking, and The Trophy Room has great food and drinks and wonderful bartenders. Highly recommend!

위치나 서비스는 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만 객실에 냉장고가 없어서 불편했습니다. 변기가 고장이 나서 많아 불편했습니다. 시설이 매우 낡았습니다. 가격대비하여 시설은 매우 열악하였습니다.

Really enjoyed our stay! Super comfortable beds, nice large tv and even though the room is small it’s very functional. Adorable but classy decor on theme. The room was super clean. The only not so great things were the particular room we had was right next to the entry door from the hallway, so anytime someone entered our floor there was the loud bang of the door. Also a lot of light came into the room through the door & the walls, baseboards and furniture were a bit scuffed up. But we were very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Loved having free water bottles provided. Also because I was concerned before staying here, I want to mention the bathroom. It is small especially the sink but again very functional and the shower has plenty of room. I was expecting a much smaller shower so I was happy about that. I would describe this as an affordable hotel stay with elevated comfort and design. Would be interested in staying at other staypineapple locations.

I was locked out of my room when the keypad broke. They had no other options apparently than to saw a hole in the door and take the keypad out. Since they were sold out, I had no choice but to sleep in my room with a giant six inch hole in the door. I would NEVER stay here again. Imagine if there were kids/medical emergency and they can't get in. They offered nothing and I am trying to get refunded through ******* now. The kid behind reception was no help and didn't know what to do. It was a terrible experience and I waited two hours for them to saw the door and finally got in after 11pm. It was horrific in all accounts. I wish I could attach photos here.

This place is tiny. Think tiny--and then prepare for it to be even smaller than that. No closet. The bathroom has a shelf over the sink so that you can't brush your teeth. Doors and walls are so thin that you can hear everyone slamming their doors on your floor. The hotel bar downstairs plays loud bassy music that you can hear easily from your room. Only opaque window covers--nothing sheer so you can get light in but still have some privacy. No parking facilities.

Excellent boutique stye hotel. Located in upscale South End close to the the Edgar Allen Poe residence. Location was superb. Steps to Copley Sq. And the best of Back Bay shopping and great restaurants. Can’t bet the price. Only issue is your on your own for parking.

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, leider war das Fenster kaputt und es war sehr kalt. Unser Zimmer lag neben der Flurtür, welche sehr laut war. Für zwei große Koffer nicht geeignet.

Bel hôtel boutique pour visiter la ville. Bien situé dans un quartier offrant plusieurs restos sympathiques. Si vous pouvez éviter les chambres à côté de la cage d’escaliers, faites le. La porte peut être dérangeante.
