Awesome I love it some much I really think this place should be 5 out of five and not zero out of one

It was a horrible night of sleep. The room next I could hear loud loud conversations and slamming of draws and doors into the early morning. I had a very early flight and was not able to sleep at all. The front desk person was not friendly or helpful and did not seems to have any interest in my questions about the stay. The room was very small and you could barely walk around the bed. The highlight was the hot shower otherwise this was very overpriced and not a comfortable stay.

Good location and nice staff. Rooms are pretty small but clean. Parking is far away and the hotel has basically no amenities onsite. Even the attached restaurant doesn’t open until 8. If you are just using this the sleep and spend the rest of your time off site then this works well for a quick trip.

Great value. Very nice and clean Euro style boutique hotel that is conveniently located in Back Bay area. Walking distance to metro station and many historic places downtown. Close walking distant to many restaurants and shops on Newberry street and Copley Place. Staff was super helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and will book again the next time I am back in Boston.

What a great location. I never had to walk far to get to all the amazing things dowtown Boston has to offer. The be was super comfortable. The room was clean and neat. There was an issue with the water in the shower being too hot. I notified the front desk and when I got back that evening, it was corrected. The phone in the room did not seem to work. Also, the bathroom exaust fan did not work. Everything else was great. The staff was nice and even called our taxi for us. I would recommend.

Very clean and convenient to many sights. Rooms are small but we were happy with ours. Staff was excellent. Complimentary breakfast is one small pastry and coffee or tea. There is a restaurant on first floor so you can purchase a more complete breakfast if needed. If you need a spacious room, this isn’t it. But otherwise it’s perfect.

Generally a great place to stay! Excellent location, and my request for a room high up the building was noted - so I was away from street noise. However, the plumbing was very very loud and sound from e.g. other doors was noticeable, I was pleased to have earplugs. Room was mostly clean and comfortable, if a bit worn. The shower certainly could have done with a bit more de-scaling. I booked last-minute on a weekend when there wasn't much choice between hotels, so it seemed a little overpriced. But I was out enjoying the city and didn't mind the small space, and I slept well.

A lovely little gem of a hotel. When we first arrived and saw the small reception, we were a little concerned as to what we were coming to. It was very definitely a wrong impression. The receptionist was very friendly and apologetic that our room wasn't ready (it was only 11am)! We left our luggage with her and she said we could still get our 20% discount in the restaurant next door even though we hadn't checked in. We were in room 501 which was a good size and very clean. The shower was very powerful with plenty of hot water. The location was very good with subway stations virtually next door and Backbay main station about 10 minutes walk. However, we only used the subway once to get to North station where we got on another train to Salam, it was all very straightforward to do. We got the train from Backbay main staion to go to NYC. Again, very easy to do. Most places are within walking distance but if you have trouble walking, the options are good. The staff are all very friendly and very hardworking. The only negative l would say is the breakfast of 1 pastry, maybe something more substantial would be good. My husband had his pastry then brought breakfast next door. However that is not enough to stop me returning here. I would definitely stay here again if l returned to Boston .

Location, location, Location!!! This tiny and fun boutique hotel is right in the heart of things at Copley Square and across from the Public Library. Tons of fun places to eat in the Brownstones one street over. Hop on public transportation to other places of interest :)
