The hotel is in good location… the rooms are very clean and spacious never the less the hotel staffs are very nice and accommodating … highly recommended…

Staff very accomodating- nice location near T but Uber is needed to get to Convention Center. Room is modern/updated BUT wonky pretty cheap touches. Had to use my phone for lights- toilet flush button very flimsy, TV glitched- bathroom design leaves little privacy. Overall a minimalist, not very cozy stay for hefty price. Room was very clean- but comforters a bit heavy.

Absolutely awful from the moment we checked in. The only perk was the view from my room. Housekeeping didn’t come a single day we were there which was 4 days, we were told at check in the rooftop bar was closed due to the weather… yet it was in the 70’s and sunny all weekend. I am not happy at all and will never stay at this hotel again.

Abbiamo soggiornato in due per 3 giorni in questo hotel. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La colazione non l’abbiamo provata. Nelle immediate vicinanze è presente uno Starbubucks e altri caffè in cui poter fare colazione sia dolce che salata. Camera pulita , asciugamani cambiati tutti i giorni e ottima posizione per arrivare alla metropolitana. Nei dintorni, a parte i caffè sopra citati, non c’è molto.

We were assigned a “king bed hotel room” upon booking but they ended up placing us a in a conference room with a pull down bed. When we tried to speak to the hotel staff they were rude and stated “well you paid less than most people here because you booked through *******” along with showing no empathy or accommodations.

The check in was the worst check in I’ve had in my life. Nobody was welcoming, not even a greeting. Upon this reservation the girl behind the desk was unpleasant, unprofessional and not competent. She kept on saying that she had only one room even though my confirmation showed it was for two room. We showed her the ******* confirmation several times that showed that it was confirmed for two prepaid rooms. She demanded us to write the confirmation number down and still there was only one room. After all it was because we booked the second room under my daughter’s name. But one booking! She stayed rude and wanted the ID and the credit card of our teenage daughter. Parking is $55, I hope your car gets a nice bed to sleep on. We tried making a reservation at the restaurant and were told that it was closed due to a private event. We came back to the bar later for a drink and the bar tender was not interested in the customers. We saw two mice walking over the floor by the window in the restaurant. I’m glad we didn’t eat here! They should close the whole thing down.

Séjour d’affaires lors d’un événement qui attire des gens de tour le monde. Des prix exorbitants et qualité médiocre. Enregistrement : une fille paniquée parce que « qu’est qu’ils ont les a tous arriver au même temps! ». Après des longues heures de vol j’avais plus envie de me reposer que d’écouter ça vie. Nettoyage : Suis resté trois nuits. Seul deux jour j’ai eu ma chambre faite. Lorsque je demande si c’est normal on me dit que j’ai sûrement demandé de ne pas le faire :( Chambres minuscules. Pas de place dans le placard car occupé par le système d’air conditionné (½ du placard), le frigo, la cafetière et la cofre fort. Pas de place pour les valises Meubles vétustes. Pas de restaurant en propre. Sous-traitant a un tiers qui n’a à faire du personnel de l’hôtel. 15 min pour avoir une bière dans un moment quasi vide. Petit déjeuner immangeable. Un soir le restaurant a été privatisé, aucune communication nous informant de cela. Seul point positif : UN membre du personnel, qui sait ça que le service client a des centaines d’euros pour une chambre veut dire, qui a été d’un grande aide et gentillesse pour organiser mon départ.

Hotel was very clean, but I wouldn’t stay here again. It is important to note we came here for a mini vacation, not for business. When we first entered the hotel for check in, only 1 desk agent looked up or smiled or greeted us. She was being watched by a bald man with glasses who I later found out is not a manager. The entire stay he had a scowl on his face and seemed extremely hostile. As we left the hotel that night, he was yelling at the woman who checked us in, very visibly and in front of anyone in the lobby. It showed an obvious disregard for hospitality. That same employee checked in guests with a scowl all weekend and never acknowledged anyone-not a good impression. Valet was also lacking. We needed to run up to our room for 5 minutes and asked them to hold our car- we came down and the car was parked elsewhere. We were late to our destination because it took them time to go back and get the car- even though they had other cars left up front! One night we also waited over 25 minutes for someone to approach us to park the car- nobody ever did (there was another guest with a pregnant woman waiting as well) we ended up having to give our ticket number to the front desk and leave our keys, as we had a dinner to get ready for. We are unsure how long it took them to actually come back and park it. If you need to go anywhere, text them over 20 minutes before you need to leave otherwise it will take them forever to bring the car up or even acknowledge you
