Hotel was very clean, but I wouldn’t stay here again. It is important to note we came here for a mini vacation, not for business. When we first entered the hotel for check in, only 1 desk agent looked up or smiled or greeted us. She was being watched by a bald man with glasses who I later found out is not a manager. The entire stay he had a scowl on his face and seemed extremely hostile. As we left the hotel that night, he was yelling at the woman who checked us in, very visibly and in front of anyone in the lobby. It showed an obvious disregard for hospitality. That same employee checked in guests with a scowl all weekend and never acknowledged anyone-not a good impression. Valet was also lacking. We needed to run up to our room for 5 minutes and asked them to hold our car- we came down and the car was parked elsewhere. We were late to our destination because it took them time to go back and get the car- even though they had other cars left up front! One night we also waited over 25 minutes for someone to approach us to park the car- nobody ever did (there was another guest with a pregnant woman waiting as well) we ended up having to give our ticket number to the front desk and leave our keys, as we had a dinner to get ready for. We are unsure how long it took them to actually come back and park it. If you need to go anywhere, text them over 20 minutes before you need to leave otherwise it will take them forever to bring the car up or even acknowledge you
