Supposed to come with breakfast and I was told coffee, muffins, bananas and breakfast bars;however, coffee was Luke warm first night, 2nd day, no coffee ready at 6:30am, no food at all and just coffee. Shouldn’t state breakfast included.
Sink and bath tub has some hair on it and fridge inside dirty as well as front door. I had to use my wipes to get cleaned before touched.

Room was dirty. Had to go buy cleaning wipes to remove food stains from counter in the kitchen. Room obviously had not been swept. Toilet seat was dirty. Got locked out of the room when the door lock stopped functioning due to a lack of maintenance. Maintenance personnel came and replaced the batteries eventually, but that is something that should be done regularly to prevent similar situations. Would not recommend.

We arrived around 9 o’clock pm. The entry appear old and not supper clean. The young man at the counter came out of a closet and looked like he had been sleeping with his hair a mess and not exactly together in posture and voice volume. It seemed sketchy and just wondered what goes on there. The elevator was squeaky. The room not exactly what was advertised. There were no extras like water bottles in fridge to even buy. Minimal toiletries. Shampoo and a bar of soap. Linens were clean ✅

I needed to return to Bothell for medical treatments. This was the perfect place to stay. The staff was friendly and responsive to my needs. Quiet. Super clean, pet friend. It's off the main highway and close to food, gas, and all your needs. Cannot say enough nice things about my stay!

Spent four nights here and didn’t have an issue at all!! Quiet place and there’s a bit of shopping, restaurants and fast food within walking distance! Gas stations too!

Security was a joke. Side doors to the hotel were left open 24 hours yet they lock the main entrance at night. I accidentally used my key card on the unit next to me opening the door. No one was using the unit but really, does any card key fit all? Room was filthy. Fan screen on ceiling in the bathroom was clogged with dirt. Couldn’t even see the screen. Mirror above t.v. Was covered with dust. Watched a ********* go down in the parking lot out my window. Dog poop everywhere outside including sidewalk.

It was nice. They didn’t clean out the refrigerator, and someone had left their food behind. The shower curtain was a whole situation. Great staff though!
