"I reserved this hotel for two weeks in April and canselled my reservation because of personal reasons. On their website it's written that they refund the payment reservation without any extra fees and I did everything according to the rules. This hotel promised to return the money in 4 weeks but now it has been already more than 6 weeks and they're ignoring my messages, calls and emails. I am missing 453€ euros from my account and I am afraid I will never see my money again. I got scammed. This has never happened to me and I really regret trusting this place. I am honestly shocked that this situation happened in a civilized country and I am very disappointed. I saw this hotel offered on Booking and other sites, which made me trust this hotel. Big mistake. If you don't want to get scammed, stay far away from this place."

"Great ! Arriving well before the scheduled time, very available, our hosts gave us an extraordinary welcome. They are super interesting and full of advice. They guided us on our hikes and restaurant choices. The room was very clean and practical. Direct hot water in the bathroom which Madame appreciated. Thanks to you two. Place to recommend."

"There's no toilet in the room, but there is a shower. Toilets and an additional shower are in the hallway. Everything is clean and tidy, but very basic. No luxury, just perfectly fine! The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent! It's also great that they've already prepared breakfast for the trail runners at night!"
