Bel accueil, les deux dames à la réception étaient très gentilles. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le déjeuner continental est correct. L'emplacement est facile d'accès pour les voitures, mais moins agréable pour les piétons......

Nous avons choisi le River Rock Inn pour y faire la commémoration de vie de notre soeur... Malheureusement, nous avons été extrêmement déçus par l'acceuil de la gérante de l'endroit... très peu de temps à nous accorder, très peu de compassion, difficile d'obtenir des rendez-vous ou des réponses à nos communications! Dommage, car c'est un bel endroit, mais nous n'y retournerons pas!

:-(Cahos complet ! Réservé en décembre …prépayée. Rsv´perdue .. 2 fois! On nous facture en double. Erreur admise, on promet un remboursement. 2 sem après, appels, messages, courriels pas de réponse!

We stayed for two nights and it was very nice , clean and very quiet. Its well situated and easy access off the highway. There’s no restaurant in the building but very nice places to eat in a very close proximity. We definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Amazing hotel! I am glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews. Great customer service, clean rooms and they have the cutest little boutique inside! Hidden gem that is greatly located. I would stay here again! Also a nice conference hall for a wedding or business gathering. Big open space.

The worst customer service I have ever seen! The staff are rude and dismissive. They are unprofessional and do not provide basic hotel services like room cleaning. The hotel is missing basic amenities like soap and will ask you to pay for soap - can you imagine in the middle of a pandemic?! Stay away from this place and stay anywhere else - you will save yourself a big headache.

Stay in Orleans. it will be cheaper. I was disappointed when we arrived at 1pm to check in as we were attending a wedding in the area at 3 pm. The place was completely empty and they charged us 35. 00 plus tax for an early check in so that we could get ready for the wedding. We had a number of rooms booked at the hotel and everyone I spoke with from the wedding was charged this rate. I find the practice unacceptable and I will tell everyone far and wide of my experience and never recommend this hotel to anyone EVER.... I will tell them to make the 13 km drive back to Orleans as it will be cheaper in the long run. I have spoken with locals that have informed me that they have a monopoly on the market as they are the only choice in Rockland. this is the reason management does not care about you the customer. Remember that they do not care. I am not one for writing reviews but public must be informed of poor industry practice. Last item is that my wife booked the room on our points, however my credit cards was still charged the 212.00 for the room. now the fight to get my money back.... less the early check in fee. argggg.

This is a beautiful facility but unfortunately the management is terrible. We got horrible service , no room service for the whole week, had to go down and get fresh towels everyday and over charged our credit cards by a large sum. Our son had $1500 extra fraudulent charges above the contract agreement to their credit card for their wedding. In order to clean this place up, fire the manager and start over because she does not belong in the service industry. Oh and did I mention that food was stolen from the wedding event, caught on camera and they denied it, no worries we won’t be back! Thanks for ruining our special event!

I am very well traveled and have stayed in many hotels around the world. The only reason I mention this is to negate some of the negative comments that I have seen below. I stay at this hotel on a regular basis and I have had nothing but great experiences here. The owner clearly cares about her hotel and it is very apparent by the personal touches that are offered ( i.e. an actual full bar of soap in the bathroom). This hotel is impeccably clean, has great service and is very reasonably priced. Whoever owns this hotel clearly knows how to make her customers feel valued. Thank you for the great experience and I will return.

We stay at this property whenever we are in Rockland visiting family, a typical stay for us is 3 nights, we have been doing this for 10 plus years. Sadly the last few times we have stayed we have been very disappointed with the property and no longer feel that we receive value for the price we pay. I do understand that Covid has caused businesses to struggle and that overall expenses may need to be reduced, however doing so at the expense of guest comfort is akin to shooting your self in the foot. Breakfast is included in the price but is so modest they would be better to just do away with it. Fruit offerings were a bowl of apples and two black bananas. All but one of the breakfast tables was dirty, the attendant was there but was not at all interested in clean up. A request for an extra towel was denied, there is a two towel maximum per room ( to be noted this hotel was barely 1/4 full so inventory should not have been an issue) , one bar of soap per room so it had to do double duty between the shower & sink, although this was an improvement from our previous stay in September when there was no soap at all. Operating the television requires some instruction, it’s a very complicated set up. The beds are awful, period. On a positive note, the room was clean, albeit very dated. Our next stay will likely be at a property in Orleans, unfortunately I only see this property declining to the point of closure.
