Lady on reception was AMAZING. She was super chatty and even walked me to the room. Room was comfy and good shower. Was a little noisy as the radiator keep filling up with a hissing sound all night but it was more white noise and I slept through it. Very easy to find and to park. Nice bar area. Would stay again

我預訂這家酒店是因為上面說有酒吧和餐廳。可惜的是，兩家都關門了，這在一個風雨交加的夜晚實在不太理想。如果我事先知道沒辦法吃晚餐，我就不會預訂了。

No complaints apart from a phone call after I had left saying a leg was broken on my bed. I didn't notice and can't see the point of a call like this on my 8 hour drive home. However nice room and great staff and location

A lovely welcome and staff helped with my bag to my room. The bed was so uncomfortable and so soft. Then the shower head had broken so I had to hold the shower head...then....water pressure was so low and then hardly any water! Not great at 6.15am and a day before work. Waiting to hear from the hotel

My stay at the Wateemill was very pleasant and my room (I booked superior) was really lovely, comfortable and very quiet. Unfortunately, the outside of the building lets it down and my initial thought on arrival was that I’d made a bad mistake however it’s a great place to stay, and felt very safe. The pub over the road (The White Horse) offers a fab menu choice and has a great atmosphere. Plus guests from Watermill get 10% off! Alesha who was on reception was absolutely amazing and so very helpful, she really made every guest feel welcome. My only main complaint would be the pressure of the water in the shower… Would I stay again?? yes definitely.

Wonderful Watermill Lovely stay, staff friendly and welcoming. Good knowledge of area and gave good advice on local walks. 10% off voucher given for pub across the road, which was excellent, and breakfast was lovely. Nothing too much trouble for staff and even had our case taken to our room (first time in a long time).

Not really worth the price paid. The whole motel had a very damp musty smell about it probably due to the fact it was built over a river. The shower head was loose and dropped and we had to jury rig a method to keep it up whilst showering. Many of the power outlets didn't work.
