Le client est le dernier de leur soucis ne faites pas de transaction avec eux, un conseil a toute personne voulant réserver avec cet établissement, pour eux le client ne dis pas vrai et l’argent qui compte pour eux

Although a less expensive hotel and basic,it was fine for my needs and with lovely view of the sea from window and very nice breakfast too.what was exceptional was jamil the manager.he helped with everything.nothing was too much trouble.give him 100%

We booked a room for 3 nights, using ********** back in 12 July using **********. Receipt of this booking was confirmed by Capital One Hotel and **********. I received communication from ********** informing me that I had cancelled my booking with the hotel. I HAD NOT CANCELLED THIS BOOKING WITH ANYONE! Capital One Hotel say my booking is cancelled, and they have no rooms available for this date and I have no accomodation for my wife's birthday celebration. So I would send my experience as a caution to anyone considering booking the Capital One Hotel using ********** as your booking agent.

Booked this hotel in April for a 3 night stay in sept for the air show hence I booked early. Then I got told today 2 weeks before the trip by the hotel that my trip was cancelled. Called the hotel to be told they never had the booking which is not true because we called last sat to confirm it was still available and have written confirmation. When we asked the manager if there was any rooms available was told they were fully booked. So clearly they has over booked and decided to cancel our booking. This it disgusting behaviour from a hotel. Now we have to find somewhere else

The hotel is in a good location to get to the town centre, although the walk is uphill to the hotel which could be a struggle for some. You can see the sea from right outside the hotel, and you can get food next door at some sort of restaurant (I didn't look closely). The room was clean, and the front door closed at 11pm, so it was quieter at night than many hotels I have stayed at. Equally it was quieter in the morning- I was up at 7am, but didn’t hear any others before then). It did have a very squeaky bed but it was comfortable to sleep on. It is a budget hotel; it met my needs.

Shower was very small no room to more kettle was leaking and on my last day went down for breakfast there wasn’t any disappointing

My son and his girlfriend had a wonderful time. Have said it’s a great location near everything. Love place would stay again

On first arrival the hotel seemed to be a decent budget hotel, however the room was not as we expected. The walls had been poorly repainted, the bathroom was so small that the sink had to be put in the bedroom, the shower did not work properly, looked as if it should have been a rainfall shower, but maybe only 4 of the shower holes actually let water out. The bed looked comfortable but dipped in various places, the springs stuck out and dug into the body. The floorboards creaked above us, and the tv was very small for the size of the room. Overall we had a very poor nights sleep, so ended up calling it quits and leaving the hotel a day early to avoid another poor nights sleep. When we checked out early, we were not asked why we chose to leave early or if we had enjoyed our stay.

One night stay after going to a concert at the BIC. Chosen for convenience & price. It is just a 5 minute walk from the concert venue. Staff pleasant & helpful. Single room had the basics needed for one night - Wifi, TV & a good supply of tea/coffee, though a bigger cup would be nice (small point). Downside, the room was in need of some TLC, but fair for the price. Unfortunately I forgot to report the shower before I left, which had not pressure, but was just enough to manage...
