皮卡迪利酒店(Piccadilly Hotel)

Loved our stay at the Piccadilly. Great price through trip. Come in advance. Stayed 5days with my 3 children, 2 young 1 in his 20s, loved our room it was just right for us all. Even called ahead to ensure it would be enough space for us and they made sure we had the correct room and size beds. Staff are so friendly, professional, helpful and very welcoming. It's most definitely family friendly for sure and although we didn't get the breakfasts there, it didn't matter as we only needed the room to sleep, wash and get ready in lol. Very clean room, loved the walk in shower and the use they made of the rooms space to have a double bed and a single in it, and I still didn't feel cramped. Kids played til they fell asleep lol. Big TV that moves, air con heating worked great, no complaints at all. From the moment we were out, we were out all day til evening. So our room and booking was perfect for us. It was so nice to get out each morning, explore Bournemouth, enjoy and make the most of our mini holiday with the beach just minutes away to walk down to, with lots to do see and eat around us. Then come back, wind down and sleep to start again. Perfect spot indeed and only a 13 min walk to and from the train station too, so no need to spend extra money on buses or tours unnecessarily. But good to know they are there if and when needed. Can't wait to go back to Bournemouth again, will definitely book the Piccadilly again next time for sure. Thank you to all that we met that works there, you all definitely added plenty smiles and warmth to our holiday thank you so much.

努力讓我在正式入住之前進入房間。這家酒店沒有電梯，但前台工作人員拿起了我的主要行李箱。這只是該團隊優質服務的一個例子。 住了 5 天，家政服務做得很好，但有例外，例如。如果想要更多的茶/咖啡供應量不錯，但房間不是每天打掃。 按照英國的標準，房間大小合適，床和淋浴都很好。較舊的房產不符合現代標準的隔音效果。雙層玻璃很好地隔絕了外部噪音，但可以聽到人們在隔壁房間正常說話、咳嗽的聲音。 位置很好，附近有很多吃飯和購物的地方。步行約 5 分鐘即可找到很好的投幣式洗衣機。 沒有早餐，有酒吧，但服務台推薦了附近的地方。有提供小吃和飲料的自動售貨機。 下坡步行即可到達海灘和市中心。

雖然我們在酒店呆的時間不長，但我們發現我們的房間很乾淨，舒適，床很漂亮，認為這是一個舊床墊，上面有床罩，對我們來說並不重要，我們都睡得像木頭一樣，所以好吧，我們睡過頭了，錯過了周六早上的公園跑步。停車費是 10 元，比一些便宜，不過還是更喜歡免費，但伯恩茅斯的停車費很貴。

總的來說不是一次很棒的經歷。家具據說是新的，但床墊很糟糕，很舊，彈簧伸出來，所以他們試圖在上面用泡沫布遮蓋。因為我的背部不好，所以晚上睡得很糟糕。我們有一間經濟房，但廁所特別狹窄，沒有浴簾，這意味著到處都是水。絕對沒有多餘的體驗

Not a bad hotel for the money just a pet hate of mine to have to pay to park my van when I paid for a room especially as it’s ten pounds a night and the hotel takes no responsibility for loss or damage

I would recommend this property as it's close to the beach, only thing didn't like there is no lift and fans for rooms.
