Hotel magnifique ❤️ le logement est incroyablement beau confortable et silencieux, le petit déjeuner généreux et variés avec des spécialités locales. Le personnel très simpatique et disponible pour chaque situation .Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux. Je le conseille vivement pour votre vacances dans le sud de la bellissima Algerie.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, les chambres sont spacieuses, la suite est juste parfaite (la 302) le jardin nous fait complètement oublié qu'on est à la porte du désert, la piscine est nickel. L'accueil est chaleureux, personnel aux petits soins, respectueux et professionnel, de la réception à la restauration au room service, tous gentilles et bienveillants. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de l'établissement et particulièrement Mr. Mounir dont on ressent vraiment la volonté et l'effort de faire du Caid l'hôtel merveilleux qu'il fut jadis. J'y re-séjournerai c'est officiel !

Hotel et prestations très bonnes. Personnel accueillant et au petit soin. Piscine et jardin très reposant. Petit déjeuner traditionnel local. J'ai mis 4 étoiles et non 5 car j'ai pris la demi-pension et le restaurant pourrait proposer une cuisine locale

Un très bon hôtel, idéalement situé à proximité du centre-ville de Bou Saâda, avec un grand parking. Le personnel est sympathique et attentif aux besoins des clients. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien propres, et disposent de balcons. L’hôtel possède également deux piscines, une petite et une grande, parfaites pour se détendre. Cependant, le service pourrait être amélioré, et la cuisine traditionnelle est correcte mais pas exceptionnelle. Je recommande de découvrir les excellents restaurants aux alentours pour les repas. Globalement, une expérience agréable dans cet hôtel.

Not recommended: Very slow service. If you are in a group, you are forced to wait until the last person is served; everyone must be served at the same time. Some waiters do not deserve their positions: no courtesy, no smile. A waiter made a mistake with the order and forgot one of our colleagues. Instead of simply apologizing, he denied it and told his manager that the customer hadn’t ordered. We experienced food poisoning (on 10/04/2026); we suspect the meat. It took half an hour to cook a slice of escalope. Bed sheets and blankets are not replaced in the rooms. Bathrooms are not ventilated and do not have exhaust fans.

Great service and the staff was very accommodating!! The rooom was very spacious and the breakfast offered many options. The pool was great and the garden was beautiful. The nougat ice cream is definitely worth trying. Looking forward to another stay at Le Caid.

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable and the service is great. It was defo too cold to check out the garden and the swimming pool but it looked pretty sweet. Breakfast is included and it was good, not outstanding but you have a decent selection of savory and sweet. I surely filled my belly. The stuff is generally friendly and helpful. I had most of interactions with a young receptionist (of which unfortunately I forgot the name) that speaks great English as well as some security staff and the director. An older receptionist didnt seem that friendly but he was professional nonetheless.

To be honest, I personnaly love Boussâada and everythimg about this town. My opinion might be related to the history and culture behind. First things first, the hotel in all its facilities is just beautiful to be in it, to walk around the pool, the beautiful garden... . The personnal were so good with us, not forgetting to mension Ismaïl, Youcef, Bilal and the two servers that I forget their names. But, we had a bit of downs: The cuisine was so poor and sometimes uneatable beside that, the service was on point. Very limited menu, not all the options mentionned were there. Breakfast wasn't that good, not much varieties, very limited option for people who ate salty food in the morning. No activities nothing,you just eat sleep and go. The food prices were exorbitante in comparaison with the quality. At the end, I hope that Caid hotel find its greatness as it was in the past years: An icon and a representitive of the culture and history of Boussâada.
