This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom custom built home has amazing sweeping and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico with magnificent nightly sunset views. The home is beautifully landscaped and comes with a custom 4 seat golf cart for transportation on the island. The home is just steps from a private beach and guests also have access to the club pool and tennis courts for an amazing and peaceful getaway.This home has 3 full bedrooms on the lower level with access to a private screened porch from the King and Queen bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed, private bath, bedside charging stations and a 40" Smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, access to the porch, and a 40" Smart TV.The third bedroom is perfect for children with 2 bunk beds with their own charging stations.On the main living level enjoy an incredible 6 door sliding doors which fold into the walls to maximize the incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico.
