We had a wonderful stay. Everything you'd expect a hotel to be! Staff were very friendly and helpful, place was very clean, easy check in and out!

The staff was very professional. The EVcharge system for the rented electric car was great but slow.

Staff and hotel were great. No food or shopping in the immediate area but a short car ride can get you where you need to go.

loud construction in the area; terrible cell phone reception; dirty area near the outside fire pit - cushions on seats were disgusting; lots of spilled fluids on the ground;

Wonderful stay! It’s obvious the property is a newer one. Really clean, well maintained hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and new hotel. The only slight snag is the eco-friendly shower head! Definitely conserves water but that meant you don’t have that strong shower experience.

Very very friendly staff! They were so welcoming and accomdating. We changed room a few times due to some minor issues with the rooms, but they handled it all very well and made sure we were comfortable and happy. We really appreciated that. We understand things happen and may not always go as planned, but how it's handled, makes all of the difference! The room and beds were comfortable and overal the entire facility was clean. The location is very quiet, but convenient to the interstate as well as dining and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

Called ahead to get early checking. He said no problem and put it in the system. Showed up at the exact time we asked for and the lady up front said sorry we don't have any rooms ready, sww the note for early checking but gave me attitude and said "you can try finding a room somewhere else if you want."was hard as a rock. The only positive was that the room was clean but it should be at $240 a night. Getting breakfast took a long time. 1 guy working with a long line of people. First and last time we stay here. Don't promise early check in if you can't do it and don't give people an attitude when you promised the early check in.

The hotel is great, but the food in their Bistro is terrible. Eggs dry and cold. Potatoes seemed like frozen food. Also they overcharged for mediocre Starbucks coffee.
