If a business states "a check in time" at 3. Make it happen. Missed a lot of activities due to the malfunction.

The hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean as well and loved the bath products they had in the showers. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with this property.
Check in was so easy as well.

I booked a king bed suite. I was given a 2 queen room. I decided to not say anything, however when I pulled the sheet and pillows back there was something laying there. So I took a picture and went down to talk to the manager. He did come up and look at it. He pleasantly moved us to another room. I had replied we’d like a king bed like I’d booked. We were moved to another 2 queen bed room that was smaller. The table between the beds had something sticky on it!! The tv wouldn’t work and after awhile we figured out that some cable was disconnected. For over $120 we certainly expected a much better experience.

Hotel did not share that they were inder a remodel at all . Even when checking in. No hot breakfast either. Just the boxed breakfast that is not at all diabetic friendly.

Description says they have a pool. Apparently they had shut it down several months before. Hotel was in renovation. Bare walls in hallways.
