Our CC info was compromised, the AC did not work, Breakfast was not very appetizing, room was not very clean, old, outdated hotel. This is our third time we stayed at this hotel only because it's aconvenient stop on our trip home, the first two times it was acceptable, so we thought we knew what we were getting but this time it was a very poor experience.

Got bit up my entire stay management didn’t care about the issue as if I was lying the amount of bite marks I had is terrible a staff member tried spraying the room down that didn’t work I want accommodated at all

This is by far the best hotel in the chain. The rooms are clean the staff is friendly the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was the best. It was actually homemade hot fresh and there was a big variety. As a senior woman traveling alone with a service animal I felt incredibly safe.

Very please with friendly helpful staff very clean rooms and good hot breakfast and kept to the high test standards . Spoke English and answered any of my questions of the towns around them . Went above and beyond for every person that came to stay here .

We had three rooms for two nights recently and have to give a 'shout out' to the Bowling Green Missouri management and staff! Everyone was so friendly, and they even serve a breakfast of freshly made items. What a surprise! Super 8 rooms aren't fancy by some standards, but this property was especially clean and well-cared for.

Clean. Friendly staff. Warm interior design. Perfect hotel for this price range. Breakfast omelets were actually delicious. Staff was helpful and gave me tooth brush and toothpaste. I would highly rec for the weary traveler

Overall good it was a good stay. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast burritos were something a little different than your typical hotel breakfast. The room is dated but clean and functional enough. Kids thought the wifi was too slow and problematic.

This property needs a lot of work. Staff very nice. Mattress needs replacing. Towels are worn and ragged. Noise in the room from the heater/air conditioner so loud that you can’t sleep. Carpet needs cleaning. It just felt grungy. You may think you’re getting a good buy but it’s not worth the money.

A excellent Super 8 motel, the kind of motel you hope to stay in on a road trip. A very nice welcome from Madonna on reception, made you feel a valued guest. I was given a bag od goodieson my arrival. Room 218 niuce cooled on a very hot day. Very nice , clean room. happy to reccomend to anyone, will defintily stay here again. LOVED IT.

One of the nicest Super 8’s I’ve ever stayed at. But even more than that, the staff were amazing. From us asking for a few extra towels to them offering cookies to our kids, the lady at front desk when we checked in was a real gem. And the hot breakfast spread was one of the better ones I’ve seen. Everything was clean, and it was a great stay.

Although overall the room was clean, the bathroom floor in the corner had black dirty spots. The bedding looked old but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the breakfast area were you get the food was small and you bumped into people. Congested. The food was not very good either. But was free.

Clean rooms, friendly service, good breakfast variety, hot and cold items available. The hash brown cast was awesome!! check in was quick & easy. Received Rewards gift bag. Plenty of parking. The inside and outside of the building were very welcoming.

Great place to stay. The rooms were clean and well supplied. All the staff were helpful and polite even though it was an exceptionally busy weekend. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, beds were comfortable.

Very clean hotel. Even the carpets smelled like recently cleaned. Friend staff who focused on my stay being pleasant. The breakfast included extras made by the staff. Would stay again next time on Bowling Green.

We stayed the weekend of Mud Fest at the off road park, with that regard I was very impressed with the cleanliness. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. We did not stay for the breakfast so I can not comment on that but the parking lot was very well lit and the room was clean and comfortable. I was not able to access the internet and I wish there had been a couple more towels but overall I was very pleased and would recommend to others and stay again if in the area.
