Room was very clean but was lacking adequate space to store your clothes. The room could use a microwave also. The beach chairs and umbrellas should be marked guest only as the public was using them daily

Balcony was great! It was wonderful to be able to walk right out on the beach instead of having to drive and find a parking spot.

This property was clean and the staff was professional. Right from the back door to the beach in ten steps. View and the sunsets were magnificent. I would go back there again.

The hotel is right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets right outside your door. The room was OK. The towels had a funny smell to them like they were left in the washing machine overnight before they were dried. The parking was limited so if you left the property you may not have a spot to come back to. There are many restaurants in the area but again parking is very limited. It was a fight to find a place to park so on our last night we decided to just go to Publix to grab something to eat, at least they had a place to park.

The property itself was beautiful and great location. However we booked the room with the assumption it was on the beach and with a view of the ocean only to find our room had no windows whatsoever. Very discouraging when you are only there one night and that’s the only reason we booked this specific hotel. Beautiful rooms, very clean, but we aware of their working. Beachside doesn’t mean ocean view or even any view at that. Also it’s unclear where check in is and when ur checking in late at night you need a clear ideas of where to go.

First let me say that this was my 58th Birthday presents for myself. Big mistake. Negatives: 1) Condensation pump on the air conditioner (AC) came on every 4-5 minutes and was extremely loud. After calling and getting their voice mail, I had to turn off the AC and be hot through the night. 2) Once the AC was off, I had to turn off the mini-fridge as the noise on it was also intermittant..3) Sound control in this place is terrible. Woke up to the people above me just walking around (this was about 4am. Woke up at 6:11am to the people behind me laughing. 4) Was so hot I tried to turn the AC back on. It came back on for about 30 seconds and then turned back off. I'm a Contractor so I know how to use a thermostat. 4) Lost my left over Hogfish I had in the mini-fridge (you don't think of these things at 1-2am). By the way I had never had Hogfish and it was great! 5) Complained to the office about all of this, she said she would put a message into the manager - and NEVER got a response from the manager. Positives: 1)Right on the beach. 2) Pretty much a brand new remodel. Unless they contact me to resolve this to my satisfaction, I will tell everyone to avoid this place like the plague.
