Good service - did not experience food

Todo muy bien la.limpieza atencion e instalaciones, el desayuno casi inexitente a las 8 am, de veras muy complacido por su relacion precio valor es muy buena. Gracias

Arrived no one at counter, waited a while until someone arrives no apologies for the wait, nothing. Found a black persons hair on one of the pillows, then an ant crawled on the bed next to me. Then I found another hair on a towel. Not happy at all. Gross. Also, "breakfast included". No juice, no cooked food, only grab and go. Oatmeal, no bowl or spoons, only fork. Probably not staying there again

My reservation info was given out to a friend I was traveling with. Not good. $100 taken from my account for every night I rented, because I had to rent nightly. They got their money right away, when it’s returned you have to wait for 3-5 business days to get it back. Not good.
