布拉福雪松苑(Cedar Court Bradford Hotel)

The only reason I booked the hotel was that it had a pool. No it doesn't - Pool and sauna closed since covid over 2.5 years but still advertised. virtually no staff so you have to check in and out on a screen. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel!

Room was very comfortable and had all necessary from hair dryer, iron, plenty of plug sockets. The only fault was the plug in the sink kept getting stuck in the hole. Breakfast was lovely, not rushed and help yourself to anything from the buffet- hot or cold. Large free car park.

Very lovely hotel on outskirts of Bradford centre.This hotel is the far better than other in Bradford centre by far great staff and great food and drinks. The hotel got parking which other hotels in Bradford don’t have and very easy to find off the motorway.Only downside is a Taxie ride to the city centre if you plan to eat out or go to local bars. On a whole this hotel is very good and all the staff are super friendly with great customers service skills to match

Omg!! I came in on Thursday after a very stressful day' and a member of staff called naz welcomed me and she knew I had a tough day just by seeing My face!! She was so kind and helpful and helped me with everything! As the evening went by I came down to be welcomed by the wonderful willow, what amazing smile! Been with jet2 with a number of years I've travelled up and down the country,I've never experienced such amazing experience. These guys genuinely enjoy their job. Can't wait to be back.

I arrived at just after 9, when the kitchens were shutting. The staff were incredibly helpful with preparing a meal for me despite this. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and tv with lots of functionality to watch catch up channels. Staff were amazing!

Das Clarion Cedar Court Hotel ist ein großes verkehrstechnisch gut gelegenes Hotel. Die Zimmer sehen fast alle gleich aus und haben fast alle die gleiche Größe. Die moderne Rezeption mit dem großen gemütlichen Bar - und Restaurantbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Personal im Restaurantbereich ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereich. Besonders Sana, Ysabelle und Naz kümmern sich sehr gut um mich und sind sehr geduldig, wenn ich nicht sofort alles verstehe. Leider ist momentan der Spa-Bereich und der Fitnessbereich geschlossen. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in dieser Gegend ein Hotel benötige werde ich hier wieder anfragen.

From impeccable event coordination to attentive assistance, their professionalism ensured a seamless experience. The facilities were top-notch, complemented by a warm ambiance. Highly recommended for their outstanding service and dedicated staff.
