Had no hot water and couldn't shower.

Space is awesome, location is convenient and staff is friendly, definitely stay here again .

Had the main lightbulbs blowout in bathroom asked for to be changed in the afternoon. Got back late bowl was not changed. They wanted to come in at 7 AM. Obviously we got in late that would not work. Very disappointing. It wasn’t taken care of prior to us coming back 10 hours later

I booked through *******, and paid extra for Free Cancellation. There was no mention of "only free if cancelled before 24 hours". The morning of my stay, due to a change in weather, I called the hotel to cancel. I spoke to a very helpful woman who cancelled my room. She also did not mention that I would be charged. I was charged, and at the "free cancellation" cost. I am not happy and will not use ******* again.

Bathroom had an odd smell! Air conditioner made loud knocking sounds when it kicked on! At check out time, front desk personnel was outside smoking so had to wait 15 minutes to check out! On Saturday, we went down to get breakfast at 9:05am and apparently they closed it thinking it was a week day! We went out around 9:45am and they had opened it back up! Just an overall poorly run place!

The place is gross. We ended up with a smoking suite; could have been my error but walls were filthy, couch had blood/chocolate stains and was ripped. We didn’t have any hand soap and body wash was out. The only bright spot was the check in lady. Shame too as the location is great if yig don’t want to stay in Pittsburgh proper.

My mom was in UPMC Passavant hospital and we decided to stay since she was not doing well. I booked a 1 bed non smoking room. We got to the hotel around 10 pm. We were told that the manager gave our room to someone else. We were very tired from being at the hospital all day and wanted to go to sleep. Not only did we not have a room they charged us 2x’s on our credit card. I know you would like to fill up all you rooms but at least someone should have called or sent an email to the person that booked this reservation to see if they are still arriving before giving it to someone else!

Really long in the tooth. Was there for 5 days. Never had my room cleaned. Had no chair in my room. Called front desk and was told they were “on order”. Breakfast is a joke. No GF options. I did try a rubbery cheese omelet with no cheese in it. Pretty decent coffee, tho. A couple of staff members were kind and accommodating. Stains all over the furniture. Bleh. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
