這個酒店還是非常不錯！旁邊就有legalseafood是，還有Amc電影院，就2分鐘車程；大堂可以自助打印東西！；可以乾洗衣服； 唯一的缺點就是：背靠pkwy的房間很吵，地板也很薄，我帶着孩子就被樓下投訴了，中途換了房間！ 服務我覺得還可以，衹是我覺得在客户訴求考慮上還是不夠貼心！第二次去住，我説了要遠離高速的房間，他們前台還是給了高速邊上的房間！直到我説要退房換酒店，他們經理才換了房間給我！ 如果他們前台説就這一間房了，不要相信他們的話！在這點上太心機了，這樣的伎倆實在是理解不了！不是應該儘量滿足客户要求嗎？

酒店環境很好，有健身房游泳池，房間很乾凈，設施齊全，很滿意的一次住店體驗。 周圍吃的也挺多，位置也不錯。

房間很大，住的很舒適，適合家庭旅遊。

Good breakfast Quiet room

Plenty of parking space. Big room and big bath room . My handicap brother can get in and out easily. The staff was very nice let us borrow the handicapped shower chair. Breakfast had various choice and delicious!! We all had a nice stay !!

Solid residence inn. Nice people and parking outside. Restaurant next door and plenty a few minutes drive. Stayed before and would stay again.

We had a great stay. Room was clean and property was new. Breakfast options were amazing and staff was friendly.

Was not happy with the front desk staff, it's a noisy, heavy traffic area, cannot recommend. Yes.

The staff and hotel are absolutely top notch!! The service is the best you will receive. One the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everyone is beyond friendly and accommodating. Will always be a repeat customer!

A working heated pool would have been nice. That was one of our main criteria in choosing a place to stay.

Our bathroom had a walk-in/step-in shower. I made a suggestion to the front desk personnel that a horizontal grab bar should be installed along the long wall, for safety reasons.

Everything was very good, besides someone gave complaint, so they came and knocked on my room door to keep it down, we was just talking and laughing
