亨廷登普瑞米爾酒店（A1/A14）(Premier Inn Huntingdon (A1/A14))

As ever, one gets what one is expecting with Premier Inn. This one is up to standard. It is slightly older than some, so could have benefited from air conditioning, but there was nothing else to fault. The staff at the hotel and Brewer's Fayre were lovely and generous. The main problem is that the service area is messy, with poor road markings and signage. It is s a surprise to me that Whitbread and other tenants don't demand that it be tidied up and made more welcoming.

Treated hubby to Maverick experience in Little Gransden (30 mins away) this was the closest hotel to the airfield. It was very clean. Staff were very friendly only downside to the hotel was the lift was out of order & we were on top floor. Receptionist did offer to get someone to help with out luggage. Definitely stay there again.

Very noisy floorboards from room above so go very little sleep due to resident above walking around practically every hour. Stayed in many PI’s all over & this possible worst

Room smelt damp and dirty the heating did not work no lights in a pitch black car park for children security and safety check out staff not interested . th adjacant pub closes early even to guests

Really lovely staff, all so helpful and friendly, made our stay so nice, would highly recommend! We had a few things that needing sorting and each time the staff did happily! They were so approachable and ensured we had a great stay on our family break!

Fifth stay at this premier inn ,, again such an enjoyable stay ….3 nights …. Use for location whilst visiting family….. Jenny especially and David ( staff ) make our stay so nice and pleasant….. First visit 2 years ago and did so much extra for us because of my wife who was very poorly over the 3 days , since then every visit is coming home to very good friends and this last visit staff ( Jenny organised) Birthday gifts for my wife , so very thoughtful …

Hotel staff polite and professional. Room clean and tidy. Location idea for Huntingdon and surrounding area. Even though the hotel is near the A1 it was quiet and the traffic did not interrupt our sleep.

We choose hotel with dinner and breakfast for friendly price. Meal was gread ,friendly welcome and service in hotel and dinner and beaakfast area. For few items from meal deal needed to pay extra,but it's ok. Wasn't very big price diference

I stayed two nights in different rooms. It’s a standard Premier Inn generally clean but quite tired. When I retired to bed on the second night I found the sheet covering the mattress was unclean. It had a “ skidmark” and this would have been obvious to the person who made the bed or the laundry wasn’t changed after the last guest. I mentioned this at reception in the morning and the manager gave me a business card with contact details for customer service. I wrote to the email address which immediately bounced back indicating the mailbox is no longer monitored. I was directed to a comments website which indicated I should expect a reply within 30 days. I think this is a rubbish response to customer service from a hospitality business. The hotel is conveniently located with good facilities nearby. It is used by tradesmen who got up very early circa 4.30 am presumably to go to contract sites in London. They were very noisy and I didn’t get a good night’s sleep.
