希爾頓歡朋酒店-安大略布蘭普頓多倫多(Hampton Inn by Hilton Brampton Toronto)

I booked this hotel as I have stayed at the Hampton Inn's in various other locations. This hotel states on their website "Renovated in 2023". Which is great. HOWEVER - when I checked in, I was put on the 2nd floor...I had asked for a higher floor howeevr was THEN told that there were rewnovations happening. I asked which floor the renovations were happenined, and was told it was floors 4,5,6 and part of floor 3!!!! I asked when they were allowed to work. I was told 9am to 4pm. VERY annoying to say the least to be lied to twice by the same location. Now - the best part was that the very next morning at SIX AM to the construction right above me. Brutal. Will be back in Toronto but will NOT stay here again.

My second night the key didn’t work on my room, after the front desk giving me a new key twice I asked the gentleman on the desk to come up to see if he could get into my room, he couldn’t get into it and offered me another room, I told him that i needed, for my medication Before I go to bed. 35 minutes later still no access and offering me a new room, the question I had, is what if a child was in there? You are telling me you have no way of getting Into the room? This was very inconvenient and a major saftey issue, I would not recommend this hotel.

Buen servicio, en el desayuno anette muy buena, solo que deberian estar mas pendiente se acabo el papel de baño pq desde que nos dieron el cuarto tenia poco y el teléfono no marcaba para llamar al servicio.

Convenient location just north of toronto/airport and easy accessible. Very friendly staff. Complentary coffee and tea in the lobby. Risking to look a little run down with dirty carpetting and old school bathroom.

Very old, smelly and lots of damage not repaired properly (large water damage stain on ceiling, holes in walls, etc) that give the place a less than reassuring feel. Extremely uncomfortable beds!!!

Nice clean room. Very comfortable room. Good and tasty breakfast selections. Great staff.

Nice and clean, great staff. The water pressure, (especially the hot) was very poor, we were in room . .608.

Hampton Inn property was perfect. It’s on a very busy street and there is an empty lot beside the hotel.
