紐黑文6號汽車旅館 - 布蘭福德(Motel 6 Branford, CT - New Haven)

I made a reservation for two friends, one of whom is in a wheelchair. The attendant required more documentation for the guests than I have ever seen, and the wheelchair guest was turned away. I was able to cancel the charges, but this was an awful experience for a woman who is dying of cancer.

After a long and tiring drive, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming smile of Glenda, the evening receptionist at Motel 6. Her friendly demeanor and genuine hospitality instantly put me at ease, making me feel right at home. Glenda went above and beyond to facilitate my reservation, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating, answering all my questions with patience and a genuine desire to assist. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made a world of difference after a long day on the road.

We booked a nonsmoking room and we were originally given a smoking room with ashtrays and strong odor. We moved rooms to only then get a room that smelled less like smoke. Additionally the toilet would not flush because the tank chain was broken. The bed was also uncomfortable because multiple springs were obviously broken.

It’s a budget motel so you have to expect that it’s not going to be a palace. It’s clean, the beds are not too comfy, I needed more pillows. The area seems a bit sketchy. There are many houses there for long term, either in transition or what have you. I can tell that the management t is trying to help these people, which I find commendable, but in the long run it may end up hurting the business because it could be really cute if there weren’t the smell of **** all over the hallways and people screaming and fighting at night. There are a lot of reviews of this place, very negative ones but it’s not bad. There are no bed bugs and it is clean and cheap for a short stay. I would have paid more for a microwave and a bit more attention from the staff as far as towels, pillows…etc. not bad though.

Very nice staff friendly and welcoming, had the same room one week apart how weird lol love it Wound up twice at the same hotel by accident at least it’s great thanks. Still get five stars but please fix the AC in 245 little slow barely blows air but over all great

Cheap, no frills motel. It was clean in the room, but there was a pot smell in the hallways. they even offered smoking or non smoking rooms. Front staff was nice but the guests seemed a bit shady. I guess that's what you get when you stay somewhere like this.

Staff was nice, check in was easy, parking lot is convenient. Location is close to town and to the highways. Our room was a little dingy- carpet was damp, ceiling had cracks.

The front desk was excellent with their customer service. They did go out of their way to make me happy. I will surely return back to this location of Motel 6

Smoke smell in room even though i had a smoke free room. Came in under doors. Burned nostril, throat and eyes. Disgusting.
