Our room was spacious and very nice. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was plenty of room to spread out as a family of four. Our only complaint was that the whole pool area was under construction and unavailable for use. We would not have booked here had we known sooner. We received an email a couple weeks in advance of our trip of the pool situation but this was not long enough to make other plans. This was very disappointing. On a positive note, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and the well staffed concierge desk was especially informative. We had an unfortunate situation of our car breaking down and being in the shop at our scheduled check-out time. The staff was very understanding and obliging and was kind enough to allow us to stay in the activity room as long as we needed while we waited for the car to be fixed. Thank you!

We were bummed that the pool and gaming area were closed because of construction, however the activity room and escape room was a lot of fun! Over all the room was nice and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the little things for laundry and cleaning, definitely a plus when you have kids traveling with you!

Loved location, quiet and peaceful, yet convenient getting to all Branson has to offer. Comfortable accommodations. Perfect for us. Cannot comnent on property's amenities as we did not utilize. We are an older couple so renovations and closure of some amenities did not affect us.

Unfortunately, I was not pleased with my stay at the location--in short, the rooms were not clean, smelled stuffy, and lacked amenities for small kids. No water park, and the kid's playground was chained up. We were able to get a small refund due to the inconvenience.

Overall, the Lodges at Timber Ridge has a lot going for it. We stayed in a 1 bedroom king suite. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, it had a nice kitchenette and a washer/dryer. All soaps and dishware included. It had a balcony with rockers and a pleasant view that we enjoyed too. The facility had a nice activities building and in the future a splash-a-thorium pool. We could see this being very nice for a family gathering if you have kids. On the downside, they are doing renovations but those aren’t complete. During our visit we had no internet and they suggested WE call a tech hotline and have them lead us through troubleshooting which we did not want to spend time on. Our room, while clean, had older decor, uncomfortable seating, awful scratchy, stiff raveling bath towels and some hardware not in great shape. We had a door knob that was very loose, the handle for turning on water in the shower/tub was falling off and the handrail at the top of the stairs leading to our room was so loose I nearly lost my balance when carrying up my bag. We could have called maintenance but my always prepared engineer husband got out his tools and fixed all of those issues. (We did let the desk know though). Breakfast was another disappointment. It was a buffet with few choices and the scrambled eggs were horrible (powdered eggs?). All staff were friendly though and it was less expensive than many other resorts. When reno is complete it could be fantastic.We will check it out again.

We liked the property. Our apartment was very nice and had everything we needed (microwave, fireplace, big fridge, washer and dryer) and it was very spacious. The view from our balcony was great and we could sit outside and have meals on the round table. It had also 2 rocking chairs.

We stayed in a Villa. It's was big and quiet. The fitness center was nice. They were working on the pool and kids splash area but we didn't have kids with us so it was ok.

It was clean and well equipped. No swimming amenities like advertised which was disappointing. Don't think I would stay there again.

We have stayed at this resort several times. This time, we found that the towel rack was broken, and the ceiling fans did not work. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable.
