Nous avons vécu une très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel; dès notre arrivé la chambre sentait très mauvais, je ne sais même pas s’ils l’ont nettoyée ou pas. Service à la clientèle 0/10, pire encore, nous avons trouvé une punaise de lit sur le lit. Je déconseille fortement cette hôtel, c’est horrible.

The property is xenophobic. They have a policy that demands that you have an official document in English only that has your address on it. I.e- a passport is not enough for them!!! (It doesn’t have a street address) …that is their way to keep out tourists from non-Anglo Saxon countries. I arrived and they wouldn’t give me a Room although I payed and had my passport. Terrible motel. do not book this hotel. Brantford has better ones at the same price anyway.

Immediately upon entering the room we smelled a distinct musty, almost urine smell. The carpet was also stained in several areas. The manager was extremely helpful and accommodating, and moved us to another room for our second nights stay. They were also very apologetic and offered a discount for the room condition, which was appreciated. The second room was in a much cleaner condition.

This is our go to place in Brantford. Price is reasonable and the adjoining restaurant is very good and convenient. Staff is always friendly and the room has everything we need.

Very tired looking Motel - friendly front desk staff however small single door - difficult to carry baggage through door - upside - restaurant is the Symposium Cafe which you can access directly from the motel - no need to carry heavy coats or wear your heavy winter boots
