布萊恩特公園貝斯特韋斯特優質酒店(Best Western Brantford Hotel and Conference Centre)

This was a horrendous visit. From the beginning, the comforter was dirty, looked like feces on the bed. Had to have that changed by housekeeping. The room key didnt work. Room tv remote didn't work. Grown men (7) swimming in the pool fully clothed, how disgusting. Grown men sitting in the hot tub in their underwear, right in front of our small children. Total unacceptable, very demeaning and inappropriate. Complained to management just to have this group of men hostiley confront myself while with my young son. Management's solution to my family was to upgrade our room. This is inexcusable. I want a refund for my stay as I had to find another hotel. If the hotel will be filled with people that do not know how to behave appropriately, it should be management's responsibility to keep an eye on the safety of the other guests. I will share this information until I feel that I have been appropriately heard by best western.

We were not told where the pool was . Restaurant didn't have a gluten free option so one of us didn't eat breakfast, the coffee maker in restaurant had sludge in the line that was black and visible to anyone who knows to look, the scrambled eggs were not cooked properly as some were new and some were old , the window in the room was leaking in front of the heater and electrical plug which is a safety Hazzard . Ants in the bathroom as well this was only noticed in the late evening.. If a person can hold a room with an viza debt card ,they should be able to rent a room without having to pay double the security deposit.

esta bien aunque necesita renovar un poco. Su personal en alimentos y bebidas estas muy amable pero no me gusto que mi cuarto no lo limpiaran todos los dias

Nous avons eu un très beau séjour à cet hôtel, et nous y reviendrons des que l'occasion se présente, l'option petit déjeuner également était au top avec plusieurs variétés. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Nice facility but the bathrooms are way too small, with the door open it takes up way to much of the bathroom space. Toilet takes way to long to refill and the pillows they provide are horrible. Flat as a pancake. Besides that nice place to stay

Stayed for two nights and it was the best experience!! Super clean, amazing staff and the breakfast was aaaammmaaaazing!!! This will definitely be our go to hotel from now on when we’re looking to get away for a night or two

The hotel is located conveniently off the highway. Pool and restaurant included. What more can you ask for?

Staff was friendly & accommodating, hotel restaurants food was excellent & very reasonably priced

Half the hotel is very clean . But the other half where we got put is dirty . Wanted a refund for our 2 nights and would not do it. Ended up changing rooms
