Super hôtel ! Chambre magnifique et personnel accueillant :) seul point négatif nous avons louer une suite deux grand lit divan lit , il avais seulement une douche (pas de baignoire ses difficile avec des enfants!) Ni de douche téléphone qui aurais pu facilité les bains :)

I have come to the Home2Suites for some time now and I always enjoyed my stay.Staff and service are excellent.Especially Diana has made us feel so welcome and has taken great care of us.Her warm and at the same time very professional approach to hospitality is a rare find.Thank you to her and the rest of the team for a constant great experience!

Hi, it was lovely, beautiful room with all the things we need but during the check in the front desk receptionist/staff gave me hard time. She was interrogating too much for no reason it seems even after I showed her the itinerary where I fully paid for my stay wasn’t enough. I showed her my id too and she called her manager not sure why lol. Sometimes customer choose not to give out their full name but part of the name which is still their name legally. When a customer show you email with a full itinerary which clearly shows receipt where they fully paid then there should be no hassle to let them check in. Hotel is like 5 star for sure but service needs to improve. Thank you.

The room was spacious and staff were courteous. Wish there were more things to see and do around the property. Gym was nice, equipment worked well but wish there was a sauna. Breakfast choices were limited. Bedding was clean. Garbage retrieval was prompt. SkipTheDishes and Uber orders are available. Overall stay was a 7/10.

This is a difficult review to write. The staff here are amount the most incredible I have ever had at any hotel and I travel a lot. The problem is not something they can fix. I have stayed here a few times now and the rooms are so incredibly dry that myself and my partner wake up with nosebleeds, sore throats and more every single day. With the windows being sealed and not able to open there is really no solution to this issue. We really do love the staff and most of the facilities but unfortunately will not be able to stay here in the future for our health.

I got bit by something at night. I've seen bites previously at hotels with bedbugs, and this looks exactly the same. I think they got bedbugs.

This hotel was a great choice for our family trip to Ontario! It was clean the rooms where big the staff was very accommodating and friendly and the free breakfast in the morning had lots of variety and was delicious! would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone
