Hi, it was lovely, beautiful room with all the things we need but during the check in the front desk receptionist/staff gave me hard time. She was interrogating too much for no reason it seems even after I showed her the itinerary where I fully paid for my stay wasn’t enough. I showed her my id too and she called her manager not sure why lol. Sometimes customer choose not to give out their full name but part of the name which is still their name legally.
When a customer show you email with a full itinerary which clearly shows receipt where they fully paid then there should be no hassle to let them check in. Hotel is like 5 star for sure but service needs to improve.
