薩弗朗諾宮酒店(Safrano Palace)

Hotel ubicado en el centro de Brasov, el personal es amable, el desayuno tipo buffet abundante y variado, habitación amplia y cómoda. A mejorar que los productos de aseo sean suficiente, ya que no los reponen cuando se acaban, buena elección en esta ciudad.

La struttura non dispone di un parcheggio, ma soprattutto non dispone di uno spazio per fermarsi con la macchina per scaricare i bagagli.... Non capisco perché si chiami Palace. Comunque, gli interni sono molto vecchi, i letti con materassi andati, a molle, biancheria troppo usata, gli arredi sono diversi tra di loro, si vede rimediati da posti diversi. Le porte sono vecchissime, di legno, non chiudono bene e ovviamente passa l'aria, passano i rumori e quindi qualsiasi rumore da fori si sente e quindi ti svegli. Le stanze NON sono insonorizzate, le finestre sono di 50 anni fa, quindi tutti i rumori dal cortile si sentono. Si fuma nel cortile interno, quindi tutto il fumo sale nelle stanze. Il pavimento è di un parquet che scricchiola ad ogni passo, quindi se ci cammini sopra svegli anche i vicini di sotto, figurati chi sta nella stessa stanza. La colazione è in uno spazio ridotto, per prendere un bicchiere di acqua devi metterti in ginocchio perché l'apparato che eroga l'acqua e praticamente sul pavimento. Il bagno... Che dire... Suite con 3 stanze... Un solo bagno, che per arrivarci dovevi per forza passare tramite tutte le 3 stanze! Che ridere... Col pavimento che fa rumore ad ogni passo, uno doveva attraversare tutte le 3 stanze per usare il bagno. In più... Mancava la porta al WC... Non dispone di aria condizionata. Un'esperienza da dimenticare. Abbiamo speso 180 euro a notte, ma ne vale massimo 25 euro a notte.

About a day after the confirmation the hotel let me know that the room i reserved is not available. I tried to contact the hotel with no success. I didn't stay at the hotel eventually and had to find another place. Would not recommend.

Die Zimmer gehen von einem Gang ab. Die meisten Zimmer sind an diesem Gang, wenige Zimmer zur Straße und zum Platz hin. Im Gang geht keine Luft, weswegen die Zimmer leider sehr stickig sind. Hervorzuheben ist die exzellente Lage und Erreichbarkeit aller Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt und das bemühte Personal.

This hotel was simply terrible. Among the many problems were a smelly & mouldy washroom, ZERO Covid-19 precautions, no room cleaning, bedbugs, no toiletries and a huge old-fashioned key that we had to carry around town with us. When we complained to hotel staff, the response was .... nothing. Brasov is a beautiful town and absolutely worth visiting, as long as you don't stay at the Safrano Palace.

Hôtel très bien placé. Mais attention, pas de climatisation (je n'avais pas vu), et en été... Donc, obligation d'ouvrir la fenêtre sur la coursive, et ça peut être très très très bruyant en fonction des voisins. Par ailleurs, la chasse d'eau fonctionnait très mal, et impossible d'appeler la réception, 80% du temps, il n'y avait personne. La femme de ménage n'a pas nettoyé la chambre (attention, lit double composé de deux lits simples collés) lors de mon séjour. Petit déjeuner copieux mais moyen. Il y a beaucoup mieux pas très loin.

I spent 5 days in a nice clean room. The place is renovated in a vintage chic style, and it is quite comfortable. The breakfast is good and offers a wide choice of food, also suitable for children. The coffee is good, and the juice was Santal (orange, apple, peach). The location is great.

The location is in the perfect place, right in the center of Brasov, with easy access to restaurants. The hotel has no parking spaces you have to pay and walk for about 100-200m. The room we had was a Junior suite but the bathroom was smelling bad, the bed in the main room has an old mattress and was very uncomfortable. First night it was cold in the room but the next night we asked for more blankets and it was better. The breakfast was ok, but if you get after 9 there are many chances you can’t find much to eat.

Great location and huge room. Had Superior Suite, could be the largest room I ever had I Europe. Wish I could give a half star 4.5 rating because two main issues, no ac?! I know the building is old and it’s Europe but ductless units would work well here, if not get some portable fans and units, I asked for a fan and got one that was falling apart. Second the outside lights shine through the bedroom window maybe blackout curtains? Breakfast was fine and really enjoyed the grey location!
