A terrible front desk officer who avoid the look into the eyes of the customer. First negative impact. Secondly, she gave us , very likely intentional, a double room instead of a matrimonial one. The room has NO A/C. Can you imagine? In full XXI century, in EU??? The room has another major minus: is situated under-basement, below the level of parked cars in front of the small windows( sort of prison room). As the front desk assistant has an “I don’t care about you” attitude, I also did an unexpected and rude thing: I threw the card keys on her desk,. Not very proud of that! Than I asked her if she decided to make fun of me, requested for A/C( she said they “do not have one”) , so I decided to go for another room( which she did, without hesitation). Do not full yourself! The next room has NO A/C, better view, NO insect windows net! In case you want to be eaten alive by mosquitoes, or indulge yourself with some “state of the art attitudes of this hotel receptionist, plus liquifying/melting into a 160$ room due to lack of a normal temperature, go yo this hotel. You will not be disappointed by the dirty carpets and lack of professionalism.
