Albergo in foto carino , non ristrutturato, anzi l’hanno fatto ma non bene , la moquette in camera terribile, sporco ed una puzza imbarazzante. Il bagno con la muffa… piscina interna non riscaldata , impossibile entrare…. L’unica cosa carina , il personale, camerieri…

Everyone should try the spa, it has all needed facilities and it is very clean. The personnel is so nice, the food is great, well educated, close to all you want to see in Poiana Brașov. The Kids club is very helpful, the personnel in very proffy and takes care of all your needs

A terrible front desk officer who avoid the look into the eyes of the customer. First negative impact. Secondly, she gave us , very likely intentional, a double room instead of a matrimonial one. The room has NO A/C. Can you imagine? In full XXI century, in EU??? The room has another major minus: is situated under-basement, below the level of parked cars in front of the small windows( sort of prison room). As the front desk assistant has an “I don’t care about you” attitude, I also did an unexpected and rude thing: I threw the card keys on her desk,. Not very proud of that! Than I asked her if she decided to make fun of me, requested for A/C( she said they “do not have one”) , so I decided to go for another room( which she did, without hesitation). Do not full yourself! The next room has NO A/C, better view, NO insect windows net! In case you want to be eaten alive by mosquitoes, or indulge yourself with some “state of the art attitudes of this hotel receptionist, plus liquifying/melting into a 160$ room due to lack of a normal temperature, go yo this hotel. You will not be disappointed by the dirty carpets and lack of professionalism.

The staff is kind and nice, well trained, the food was tasty, the room was tidy an clean. The pool is fabulous, I liked everything overall. I will definitely come back, it is a lovely place, we had free parking space and access to sauna.

Great services and tratment, food, view and spa area were excellent! We will most deffinetly come back, the staff was very helpfull, my husband had an amazing birthday experience. Keep up the good work!

The hotel offers really great facilities and the overall cleanliness is very good. The most impressing aspect, are the people which are very polite and helpfull. This would be one of the reasons for which we will come back.

To clarify, I did not stay at the hotel but used their parking which is super overpriced, but that’s another issue. Their parking meter malfunctioned and did not give out the correct change. My partner spoke to the parking attendant who went to reception to fix the problem only to come back and ask that we go see the reception staff. Now, since it’s their service, I feel it’s normal for the hotel staff to come and fix the issue so we asked that someone come with our change. They said they would and both receptionists stepped outside to have a smoke instead. I had my baby in the car, we had already wasted 10 min on this, so I went to the desk to speak with the manager who told me I’m just pissed off that the parking is expensive and it’s not the receptionist’s job to look after the parking... they have a parking attendant whose job clearly it also wasn’t. Anyway, I found the whole thing super rude and dismissive.

Been here to celebrate my husband birthday. Spent 2500 lei for an odd room, no milk , no water in the room, old carpet and old furniture. Amenities were refilled, not individual recipients for each customer. Room not serviced. Swimming pool smelling like bleach which makes you unable to breath properly. Dined in the restaurant. Prices are enormous!! Service abismal. 240 lei for a bottle of wine?! Felt ripped off! Never come back again and don't recommend

Although we had a great holiday it wasn’t down to the hotel. Staff where rude and very abrupt. There where charges on our bill we didn’t recognise and when we asked to speak to a manager we where told someone would call us in half an hour but nothing happened. They charged us for tea bags 😂 they don’t replenish anything in your room you’ve to keep calling and asking for things and then they charge you for things like tea bags. Such a shame as the ski instructors where very nice and great with the kids but the hotel staff definitely let them down.
