Personale estremamente gentile e simpatico.camera molto ampia. Ristrutturata. Doccia super, è grande e con soffione grande e piccolo. Per la colazione prediligono il salato, ma comunque ok. Parcheggio privato gratis. Vicino a ottimo ristorante Casa Tudor raggiungibile a piedi a 10-15 minuti un'auto dal centro storico. Noi siamo andati in auto ai castelli di Bran e Peles. Lo consiglio molto.

We visited this place in May 2023 for a 2 day trip. Everything was perfect! It's 12 minutes walking distance from the central square. The breakfast was absolutely tasty, but with a limited variety. The service was exceptional! The only drawback it was the luck of a private air conditioning in every room. We would choose this accommodation again!

This hotel exceeded our expectations and is a great value for the money. Staff is really polite, refurbished rooms look great, bed is comfortable and breakfast was really tasty. Plenty of option to grab a bite neaby, private parking. All in all, will definitely book again and I recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Brasov

The whole experience is poor. Poor customer service received from reception staff called Felicia. Excellent customer service from Monica. The breakfast was poor, just one coffee for free. The room was clean and good,warm ,but I had a bite from a bed bug. So..not happy. Overall, I will not come back here. I will not recommend. It is a shame to have a staff like Felicia.

Excellent service, great clean room, very good value for the money. We chose this hotel because of free parking, included breakfast (great variety), 24/7 front desk, so late check-in, as we arrived late in the evening. Very polite and accommodating staff. The hotel is 15 min walk to the city centre. We did not mind, as we like to walk.
