an sich gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nur leider ist das Ambiente inkl. der "Suite" ziemlich abgewohnt. Lage ist ganz ok aber um ins historische Zentrum zu gelangen braucht man ein Taxi/Uber welches dann rund 10 Minuten fährt. Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend, auffällig viel Personal ^^

Ein schönes geräumiged Zimmer und grosses Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, Minibar und Teekocher. Relativ gute Lage zum Zentrum rund 25 min mit ÖV erreichbar. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Na 3 overnachtingen in dit hotel kan ik zeggen dat ik zeer tevreden ben. Vlot op voorhand te boeken, transparant personeel op vlak van communicatie. Kamers waren prima, Werden dagelijks opgemaakt en handdoeken werden indien nodig gewisseld. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en vers. Een aanrader.

Very clean, nice people, good location-neart tennis footbal and hockey arenas 10minutes public transport to city centre, great!!! Welness is very clean and beautiful and calm, it is almost like private. In the hotel there is also a great restaurant. Very good parking

After making a habit for the last decade or so of nearly always staying at this hotel on my occasional visits to Bratislava, my most recent experience leads me to want to rethink the habit next time. The deficits I overlooked previously have become a bit much for me. That is particularly the case with breakfast. I already pointed out in October 2021 that there were no potatoes of any kind and that breakfast was exactly the same from one day to the next. In November 2022, this was still the case. Indeed, despite having three types of meat, there were no vegetables except beans, so not even potatoes or mushrooms or sauteed vegetables. And that’s how it was every morning, three days in a row. Actually, not the slightest thing changed about the breakfast, and by day three I hardly ate anything. That is, I would have had the oats with some raisins, but both the soy and the almond milk were the cheap kinds with tons of added sugar. In the end, there were almost no options for me. As my complaints are not new and concern standard things rather than extravagant whims, the message I am getting is that I need to consider other hotel options in Bratislava, and I will do so. Yes, the gym here is still fairly good and open 24/7, and if I can’t find that anywhere else then maybe I’ll be back. But I also found the room, while generally nice and equipped with a bathtub, to be lacking in an annoying respect in that there were precious few electrical outlets and none at all in the bedroom except for one under each night table, situated out of reach of an elderly or physically hindered person and already occupied by cables for the clock and telephone. Moreover, power to the electrical outlets appeared to require that a switch be flipped and a key card be inserted. I don’t mind if a key card is required for room lights, or if there is a master switch with which groups of lights can be turned off at once, but the electrical outlets should always have power. And can it be that a guest still can’t print on his own, but has to send things to the reception to print for him? Also, why can’t I get one invoice for all three nights, even if they consisted of two separate bookings? More importantly, when staff learned (because I told them) of the third night under a separate reservation, why didn’t they immediately update my key card? Why did they instead let me, on the last day of the first reservation, discover for myself that my key card had stopped working, requiring me to head back downstairs for it to be updated? Finally, I found the options in the restaurant where lunch and dinner can be had to be surprisingly limited, and considered the male staff member there on the evening of November 24 to be somewhat rude. All in all, I’m in no hurry to return to this hotel, and will investigate other options.

Servizio scarso alla reception, poco professionali poco attenti alle esigenze dei clienti, grande delusione, avevo chiesto di allungare la camera dopo che ero stato lì 4 notti ospite del casinò con la mia carta di creditoa garanzia , mi hanno detto di no, perché ci voleva la email del casinò, scarsi scarsi.

Can’t fault this hotel which is superb for a business hotel. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean and good size. TV is a bit small - needs larger ones for the room size. This is my 3rd stay here and recommend it.

Perfect hotel to stay with nice view, relaxing swimming pool, large rooms and big bathroom with all you expecting. The staff were so kind and you will be welcomming with a surprise. Clean rooms with all facilities that you expect.
