Very quality hotel in the old town area. Easy to go around and find food

Absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing, friendly English speaking staff. Nice location for the cost. Highly recommend.

Stayed in the 'triple room', which was very nice. However, the stay was totally ruined by the stupid electricity/lighting wiring, and awful staff service. I was woken up by my friend in the downstairs area of the room at 04:30, because the lights were not working (no light in the bathroom), but there was electricity because the TV and fridge were working. The staff said they would get an engineer to us at 8am... No good as we were leaving at 07:30. But what was totally unacceptable was the fact that we didn't need an engineer, as it was explained to us at the reception when checking out, that the upstairs bed has a 'master light switch' that kills every light in the room. So no need for an engineer, just for the staff to tell us that either at check in, or when we found the problem. This is a really stupid set up, and very badly managed situation. Made worse by the total lack of empathy, understanding or apologies at the reception in the morning. It is a shame, as it really ruined what on first impressions, was a wonderful hotel.

sehr toll renoviertes altes Hotel in einen, meiner Meinung nach, sehr tollem Gebäude. Mitten in der Innenstadt aber ruhig. Parkhaus ist 200m entfernt. Frühstück vollkommen OK. Genug Auswahl. Fotos sind von Zimmer 2-1

Ho alloggiato nelle camera 26 al 3° piano la stessa era disposta su due piani All' entrata un salotto con 2 bagni uno di servizio con solo il water e un secondo bagno grande con una vasca sul lato destro un lavabo centrale e sulla sinistra una doccia poi una rampa di scale portava al piano superiore dove c'era la zona notte con un tetto spiovente/mansardato e 2 lucernari da cui si vedeva il castello e la torre di San Michele la sala della colazione ricavata da un soffitto a volta. La cortesia del personale in particolare una ragazza di nome Cristina che mi ha dato assistenza per come usare i mezzi e indicazioni stradali sulla città.

Très bien situé dans la vieille ville. L’hôtel est superbe, avec des chambres spacieuses et très confortables. Le personnel et l’accueil sont impeccables. Excellent petit déjeuner. Je recommande.

Overall nice boutique hotel, good breakfast, central location, with some caveats. After check in, I told front desk my room was very hot and stuffy, no ventilation and the thermostat didn’t work. She said the hotel is old and connected to a main system and they had heat on at that time. Each room had a thermostat to control ventilation and mine didn’t work. Since no rooms were available that Tuesday, front desk suggested the next day to upgrade me to different room with windows facing outside, not the inside noisy interior courtyard with no fresh circulating air. I mentioned I was not looking for an upgrade, just a room with working ventilation. Long story short, they ended up charging me over 20 euros for the upgrade which I didn’t ask for. All I wanted was a room with working ventilation that I could control since my room thermostat appeared to be defective. Not a good business practice and most definitely a bait and switch event. Hotel.Com tried to contact hotel and they kept denying the request to reverse the 20 euro charge.

Perfect voor verblijf in Bratislava stad. Personeel zeer behulpzaam bij een verloren kaart of het vooraf plannen van een Taxi. Ontbijt ook zeer goed.
